50 school districts in Minnesota have seclusion rooms available to use for students who are a danger to themselves or others. The Minnesota Disability Law Center opposes the use of those rooms. Jessica Heiser represents the Center and joins Chad to speak about how the rooms can be used legally in Minnesota and why the Center believes there are better alternatives in all cases.
