The story of how we met and how the podcast came to be!
The story behind the name of the podcast: "I was having a very lovely earl grey tea and my dog Millie next to me while I was trying to think of the perfect name for our podcast. I did a colour mind map with keywords to the emotions and what ADHD represents etc and then it struck me like a bolt of lightning. ADHD Founders Unfiltered. ADHD - the subject, Founders - we are both business owners, and Unfiltered - because well its a big topic and there are a lot of people who don't always tell the raw truth about it! Also, I found it amusing how by Caps it turns into ADHD F U. I smell a book title!" - Tania, host of ADHD Founders Unfiltered.
