There’s that aching tension of knowing, this ends tonight. But breakups are rarely just about one person. It also feels like entering into a room with familiar, and new faces, getting that quite harsh, abrupt feeling that you’re not wanted there and haven’t been in a while. It’s working on a highly produced project, and knowing that the synergy between you and the other project lead left the building a long time ago. It’s being in a house that no longer is your home. Breakups are hard hitting, but through it, there’s that airy breakthrough. New wings and better habits emerge. Meet Jodi Campbell, Tampa's wellness & fitness It-girl. 'Jesus and fitness' has saved her life, and she's now reviving the group fitness space. This former pageant girl and brand communications grad teaches challenging & powerful classes at Barry's Tampa, Jet Set Pilates, Life Time gym, and now CAMP Tampa. Since January of this year, she's been spearheading pop-up fitness sessions (pilates & movement) at major fitness retailers including Nike and Lululemon in Hyde Park Village, and for large events such as the Tampa Bucs 'She is Football' event, and most recently 'Pilates on the Green', in collaboration with Back 9 Indy & Paradigm by Ajani.
