Hosted by Dana Foster, a certified strength and nutrition coach with a Bachelor’s in Biology, this podcast blends fitness, nutrition, mindset, and personal growth to help festival-goers thrive both physically and mentally. Since working with the EDM community in late 2023, Dana has helped dozens of ravers transform their health and mindset, proving that it’s possible to rave hard while building a strong, resilient body and mind.


Each episode dives into festival-proof fitness and nutrition strategies to build energy, strength, and endurance, while also exploring mindset shifts that cultivate confidence, discipline, and self-respect.
