There is no Palestinian State. World leaders can say anything they want, but the fact is: you cannot have a state without borders or a government. And the other fact is, the Palestinians have neither. And for good reason.The Arabs were actually offered a state by the UN in 1947 and 1948 but they rejected the partition plan outright because they refused to recognize a Jewish State. Later, this refusal would be codified in the Khartoum Declaration of 1967: No recognition of Israel. No peace with Israel. And no negotiations with Israel.
