This week Sally’s getting shirty. This week Sally’s weak at the knees for her new porthole jeans. This week the sisters are getting back to basics with a much needed catch up. Sally’s cutting it fine with some DIY seam allowance. Mary’s bouncing back from a confusing stretch project and Rosie’s buckling down with her new dungarees.  Show notes  Rosie talked about making some jeans. Sally recommended the Adams Pants by Daughter Judy (but check the length before you cut as they run cropped!)  Goofy and Rosie have been making the Harlene Dungarees by Merchant and Mills. Mary finished her Cameron Skirt by Viki Sews and is getting started on the Kim Cardigan by Viki Sews. Rosie trashed having to change between topstitch and regular thread. Mary stashed watching cleaning videos on YouTube. 

This week the sisters are stuffing the makes and mistakes of 2024 into a new year's time capsule. Rosie’s got resolutions about sewing for others. Mary’s lost in the music with her Spotify wrapped and Sally’s getting flashbacks to an award winning make. Sally’s spellbound by some seasonal beadwork, Rosie needs a Christmas miracle to finish her festive makes and Mary’s taking it day by day with her handmade advent calendar. This week the sisters are airing their dirty laundry in public with a confessions special. Rosie’s squeezing into a disastrous jumpsuit. Mary’s wishing she was legless after an over-cutting incident and Sally’s rounding up her cow print projects. Plus a question from the pintray about sewing set-ups and a game of stash or trash.
