Uwe has been successfully training cutting horses, cow horses, and western horses for all disciplines for over 35 years. Uwe produced several AQHA Cutting Superior Champions, and won multiple AQHA & NCHA European Championships and DQHA & NCHA Championships, and served as an international NCHA judge before moving to the USA in 2001, where he has specialized in training cutting horses, selecting cutting-prospects, coaching Amateur and Non Pro clients, and building successful breeding programs for his international customers. Uwe Roeschmann’s Amateur and Non Pro customers have internationally won more than $2+ Million on horses he has started or trained.And he takes time to join Brad!! You won't wanna miss these stories

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, McCarthy-Boevers, 27, focused on agriculture communications and animal science. Following graduation she worked for longtime Western brand National Saddlery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as marketing director. In 2018, she moved into a role as marketing specialist with the National Cutting Horse Association, then was promoted to manager of marketing and communications. Her work was recognized in by Cowgirl magazine in 2022 and she was named one of the “30 Under 30” women to watch in the equine industry.She deep dives into the NRCHA and shares how much a family the industry is!
