The mission of the Kyle Lake Center for Effective Preaching is to equip preachers at every level to engage a diverse world for the sake of the gospel. Our vision is to empower preachers to engage in faithful and fitting proclamation of the gospel by providing resources, training, and learning opportunities. The Center is housed within Baylor University's George W. Truett Theological Seminary. It was established in 2006 by David and Shirley Lake in memory of their son Kyle.
