Today we discuss the learnings from the book The Power of TED. We talk about the Drama Triangle and the Empowerment Dynamic and how we can build a creator mindset to help us achieve more.
How do we change our behavior? How do we make new habits stick? We could use "atomic habits" or tiny habits." We could try hypnosis or other forms of suggestions. While these all work to differing degrees, these are not my favorite means of initiating behavior change. It is embodiment. And to do this, we need an alter ego. In this episode, we discuss the power of creating a new identity and how to embody that new version of yourself.
Our nutritional diet impacts our physical health. And our mental diet impacts our mental health... and therefore performance. In this episode we are talking about our mental consumption habits and how we can create a mental diet to help us achieve more.

Our identity (self image) dictates our behavior, but to change our identity we need to change our behaviors. Hitting our goals requires us to change our habits and our identity.
