Kenny Wallace talks it over with the guy dominating the NASCAR world --- 23-year-old phenom, Carson Hocevar. The two discuss their mutual love for dirt racing, and Hocevar details his Michigan upbringing, including how his family sacrificed to help him climb the racing ladder.
