Description
I’ve started this podcast to share my side of reflecting on my life. Giving the mic to feelings we experience but sometimes don’t pay attention to. I’m here to reflect with you. Call it life lessons, friends hangout or venting, I just think that we can learn from each other’s experiences to hopefully paint a bright kind path in this lifetime.

i was craving to talk to you on here, so i recorded a new episode featuring the current foster kitten; hence the sudden change in my voice (i don't know how to talk to animals with my normal human voice). anyways, i feel like there's a lot on my mind and i will do my best to get it out through journaling/this podcast or songwriting. in this episode i just wanted to amplify how important it is to voice out what weighs us down, sometimes even if it's a tiny thing, somehow putting it into words takes some of the weight off *says the girl who started a podcast to blab out her thoughts :) no, really, blabbing helps!
two very wise gals with home-made matcha in hand (thanks bro) discussing life, the art of creating and new means of communications! some people give you space to be yourself around them and just dive in a conversation about ANYTHING! that's what this episode is :)truly grateful for this beautiful company, thank u nicole for jumping on my humble podcast it was so much fun chatting with you.. i'm already planning our next conversation! shoutout to chatgpt for creating with the cute visuals to serve as fillers for when my camera let me down and stopped recording and shoutout to me for editing them :)
“rushing to work” “rushing to meet a friend”“rushing here rushing there”When did “rushing” become the norm? And why do we do it for things that don’t require rushing? Are we growing impatient or is time going quickly or am I just too much in my head? I’m all for time management but i simply don’t think rushing saves us time not with the risk it carries. stay safeon a coffee-scented note:Get your GoHyaku reusable coffee filters here: https://my.shp.ee/o985Rmikbye:)
the longer you keep that thought in the bigger it gets. Trust me, it's scientifically proven.I had this episode in the vault for a while don't know why it took e o long to post it but im glad i finally did!
I can't help but feel that this lack of control over our time is a global matter. Time is not in our hands for the most part, yes. But what about the part that we can control? Did we really have to spend that much time scrolling TikTok? I get it. Everyone is talking about time-management and how our generation is glued to that phone. We're all adapting to this new era of communication in our own ways but I feel that I gotta talk about the fact that our future is very much influenced by this phone-time dilemma and that's one thing we can't not take seriously. Facing this and holding ourselves accountable could be one way to go about it or even begin to make a change :)
i don't mean to be too forward but we kinda are becoming the same person..think about it.we're all exposed to the same media and influence online we're adapting the online slang/sense of humormost of us have a virtual personality maybe it isn't a bad thing after all and this connection is a virtue, my only concern is that we could lose our true self in the midst of this online mess.again, not to sound forward. this is, after all, a podcast journal where i reflect on things i just, i can't help but wonder how many people out there are going through this feeling of "lost-in-a-sea-of-info-i-kinda-need-a-break-brb" :)
AI seems far from a conversation about mental health but after seeing a random AI ad, I couldn't help but wonder "how are other fellow humans taking in this whole AI thing?" Let's start a conversation in hopes to navigate this new wave of tech better. I didn't think "overwhelmed" would be a word I use when speaking of technology, 'cause tech is meant to make our lives easier, right? anyway this is just a pov and personally I am excited to see how we will utilize this tool.
this one is for the real ones :) (from the parking lot)
Priorities oh priorities..and the joy of stacking rocks
Ever thought about what makes you, YOU? Don't answer that, just think about it and while you do, don't take those things, qualities -that make up who you are- for granted.
You will never be caught up on all the news. That's a fact.
Control the flow of media and news going into your head even when it feels impossible..we will just try our best :)
we're at episode #20 i'm super grateful :)
As a term 'new year' carries so much weight, pressure and responsibility as if it's a frame we're all trying to fit a thousand pictures in, simply because it's so fresh and new and comes with limitless possibilities. It all sounds hopeful and great but it can bring us to thinking about the past year and in some cases it won't be remotely similar to the colorful feeling of a fresh start. Let's reflect, shall we?
it's officially my first video episode on here yay!
12AM reflecting with technical issues and extremely bitter ginger tea? count me in!

Can’t help but think that sometimes we make our minds with others’ opinions in mind, which can’t be entirely great! Shouldn’t our opinion be considered too? It’s probably easier to see through people’s lenses than our own when we want to take a step or make a choice about OUR lives. And what about the constant news update from the world and everyone we know? shouldn’t we stay tuned on what WE’RE up to as well? Hope you’re keeping well and enjoy this one! Happy Diwali!
only you can draw the start line. The finish line might get further and further away but it’s only because your goal is gradually growing..let’s start already, shall we? Disclaimer: Hike analogy was used in this episode 🌳
Take a deep breath. No, really. I won’t type informative things until you do. INHALE. EXHALE. Did you do it? Hmm? Ok. Here’s my nugget of wisdom of the day: Be patient with yourself and your progress. :) Stay safe

I’ve been wanting to talk about his for a while and I tried to keep it short n’ sweet for ya. I talk about the power of decision making and how it be the “sharpest tool” to posses.
The amount of noise we’re surrounded by is something we are constantly absorbing bits and pieces from. So maybe next time an unwanted thought crosses your mind, let it pass. Don’t give it much thought. I guess we’re human-sponges and we gotta keep our unique SpongeBob happy and clean and very demure. ;)
