He is trying to make his own home incubator at home by sitting on eggs himself, warming them with a lamp and making a humid environment by watering them. One of the eggs breaks, Sam is heartbroken and Sue suggests that they make a real-life incubator for eggs! This experiment will teach Sam and other kids to take care of animals, make the mi interested in science and nature and will keep you sitting quietly for 21 days. This is no ordinary way of telling a bedtime story, however. It's accompanied by 3D illustrations! They are amazing and it's so interesting to look at them while the story is being told. Illustrations are drawn in the style that is very close to the original illustrations you can see in Lewis Carroll's book.
The illustrations cover the most thrilling moments of the story, like Alice falling through the rabbit hole or the tea party at the Mad Hare's house or the game of croquet with the Queen of Hearts! Follow Alice's story step by step by opening the book gradually as you read.
One day, slime Sam gets an unusual package from Japan. He's a bit disappointed to find some books inside, but his human friend Sue shows him how amazing they are. These books are about kamikara - wonderful Japanese paper toys that have a trick up their sleeve. Each toy can reveal a hidden secret - some toys jump, some can open their mouths, other toys hide something inside. They are fun to make and fun to play with.
Sam and Sue use special books that have printed toy parts in them, ready to be cut out or pressed out. Then you only need to follow the instructions and glue the parts in the indicated order. Some toys also require a rubber band to be able to move.
