Hello podcasters! We've been asked to have a look over a pal rusty runner. Is it any good? Would we buy it?
We're back at the place we went to before - it's full of amazing cars. This one is the right price and we already know our way around one of these. But can we make the money work?
Here's a nice 80s classic that's built in the 'good old way'. Gus's pal has already been stung for thousands in costs - is he due more headaches. We go along and check it out!
Now then...Here's an offering from Gus...he actually helped buy it many years ago. Will goes in with the big guns, he thinks it's some sort of super-estate. No it's not. But it IS from a brand we seem to cover a lot. What does it say about us?
We've found this car under a cover - it's a lovely little thing that deserves a place in our hearts. They used to be super-cool and driven by celebrities. But this one does need a bit of work!
We're back in the West Country looking over a beautiful Brit classic, bemoaning that they 'simply don't make 'em like that anymore!'

So here's a good one - strong, cheap and on sale...it's one of Gus's favourite cars, so regular listeners might be able to guess it. We like a 'flip' and are aways looking for a margin...but with Gus's pure enthusiasm on show, are we being truly objective?
Like brave soldiers, we carry on with season 3. Having seen a lot of cars that won't work for us, maybe our luck is changing. Will's mate has a cheap car available and we get a first look. The car is old, slow and French...can you guess what it is?
We're back with a new podcast season. We've listened to feedback and we're going for a broader mix of cars, little shorter in duration and we're coming across cars that make financial sense AND get us excited. Hope you like it!
Well, here it is, last of the season 2 (don't worry season 3 is coming). We've been on the trail of a little British sportster. It's got our attention and we'd love to buy it if the numbers work! Hope you like it!
We're down in the West Country (we spend a lot of time down there) where our new pal Dave has let us look around some of his cars. He says they aren't all for sale, but if you ask nicely, they are. This 2-seater, mid-engined car with a six-cylinder engine is fast, desirable and cheap. We've wanted to get one for ages. But making money on cars is tricky these days - is this one rough enough???
We're on the road again hunting down some interesting cars that others might pass by, or just not like. This one is a bit quirky, but dig in, and the charm shines through. Would Gus and Will be happy to take a punt on it, or are we running up against difficult market conditions and no guaranteed margin?

We're hooked, but we've got to keep our heads straight because if there's no money in the car, we'll need to walk away. Tough call!
It's really hard to find a car that works for us - it needs to be cheap, interesting and almost unworkable for anyone else...and it needs some jobs. This one is great on paper but when we get into it, it's harder to call
Will has been exceptionally lazy this week and gives us a car that doesn't require much effort...but actually it's a cracking vehicle, and make the smartest 'car' a man can own??!
We're in the West Country and came across a fantastic car. It's a perfect car for us, but the question, as always, is it the right price for us to properly flip??
