I agree with the host 100%. Condemnation and shame is what keeps people bound. Our young people need to hear this. Indeed loud and bold affirmations is the weapon against mind attack. Not just the type of negative reinforcement of the addiction used by AA but positive powerful and loud affirmations. More people need to hear this because it applies to other forms of addiction as well like drugs, alcohol and games
