Hosted by Emma Levy, a physiotherapist who has helped elite athletes on their way to Olympic success. This podcast was born following Emma's own trauma when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of just 36. Sat in the chemo chair she set herself the goal of starting a podcast to explore resilience and the importance of mindset. Through discussion with incredible individuals, Emma aims to explore and share amazing real- life stories of finding triumph following trauma, with the ultimate goal of helping others deal with adversity, and inspiring them to do great things.

Dorsa Yavarivafa is a remarkable athlete and refugee who has overcome incredible adversity. At just 14 years old, Dorsa fled Iran with her mother, leaving her father behind due to safety concerns. Tom Daley is a legendary British diver – winning 5 Olympic medals throughout the course of his career. As a child Tijana Tamburic moved over from war torn Yugoslavia to London with her family. She was scouted as a model aged 15 and worked in the modelling industry for 10 years before being dropped for 'not being thin enough’.
