Welcome back!! This week I am joined by my husband, Robby. We are teaming up to talk about the worst field trips people have ever been on. Firstly, a few things from my diary:Don't ask the internet for fashion adviceTSITP movie thoughtsBut the main event? Field trips from Hell. My husband joins me to read some chaotic stories about food poisoning on a camping trip, getting vomited on during a fire station visit, a manure factory (yes, seriously), a reclaimed water plant tour, and even the time a bomb threat canceled a theme park trip after a 3-hour bus ride.Basically: survival stories disguised as school field trips. So grab your snacks, laugh with us, and let’s pretend you just cracked open my diary. This week’s diary entry is a little all over the place (in the best way).I’m running down the list on my phone and letting you in on everything:Weaning my baby, the grief + hormones that come with it, and why my boobs hurt so bad I can’t put my arms down (warning: things no one ever told me about nursing).Taylor Frankie Paul as the Bachelorette?? My thoughts on why maybe she needs a solo season of life first.SLOMW trailer breakdown: who’s still friends, who cheated, and who's coming back next season.DWTS recap: scores, music, dances, and my unsolicited opinions.TSITP season finale: Belly, Conrad, Jeremiah, Benito (ugh), that birthday party scene, and my unfiltered opinion. It’s a mix of motherhood, pop culture, and my opinions that nobody asked for. Basically, all the things I’d write in my diary but instead say out loud.
This week on My Sister’s Diary I am talking about the hills we’d die on. From Nickelback to Taylor Swift to why carpet in a bathroom should be illegal, I'm covering all the strong opinions that no one is backing down from. I also share a few of my own hot takes, including why Princess Diaries 2 deserves more love. Plus, before we get into it, I spill my latest thoughts on The Summer I Turned Pretty and the whole Belly, Conrad, Jeremiah drama. Grab your snacks, because this one is full of confessions and passionate debates.
This week I'm talking about the stories our families will never let us live down. From my own infamous “vacation plunger” moment to your submissions about zig-zag sunburns, meatloaf disasters, and driving on the sidewalk, I'm covering all the hilarious and oddly specific memories that siblings, parents, and especially uncles love to bring up year after year.I’m also sharing a few of my own diary entries for the week: half-marathon training (or lack thereof), family photo updates, and the start of weaning my baby.See you next week ;)
Welcome back! This week I am kicking it off with a summer bucket list update, a Robin-Williams-shaped water stain, and a small rant about contact dermatitis. Then it’s time for a brand-new segment: What Would Sam Do? I ask my listeners to send in their dilemmas, and I give my unfiltered takes. From navigating grief and awkward crushes, to cat pee, bad bridesmaid dresses, nosy neighbors, and a very intense mother-in-law, I fully immerse myself into each situation and answers the big question: what would I actually do?Follow along on socials!Insta: @mysistersdiarypodcastTik Tok: @heysamwood
Ever wish you could give your teenage self some advice? In this episode, I look back at teenage Sam. Weird email addresses, Aeropostale teeshirts, boy drama and all. WOULD I RATHER?

WOULD I RATHER?

Would you rather, but only answered by me. So really, would * I* rather? First and foremost though, let's talk about the Freaky Friday sequel, Freakier Friday. I saw it this last Friday with my sister for her birthday and it was incredible. Absolutely perfect, everything I could have asked for in a sequel. Jamie Lee Curtis never misses and this was no exception. Was also so glad to have Lindsay Lohan back on the big screen, I missed her. At the risk of giving away too much from this episode, I am going to keep all the would you rather questions under wraps, but tune in to today's episode to hear what my thoughts are on these silly, but totally serious, questions. Thank you all for tuning in, and I will see you next week ;) Follow on Instagram: @mysistersdiarypodcastFollow me on TikTok: @heysamwood
WARDROBE MALFUNCTIONS

WARDROBE MALFUNCTIONS

Let's take a stroll down memory lane and recap some of the times when we've had a little malfunction with our clothing.,. or lack there of. I'm covering some of my own of course, including one where I purposefully took off my shirt during a date because my armpits stunk. Not a fun memory to publicly share but I took one for the team. Thank you all for submitting your stories and following along on instagram @mysistersdiarypodcast See you next week!
In this episode of My Sister’s Diary, I'm diving headfirst into the random and low-key existential thoughts that hit you in the shower (or right before bed when you’re trying to sleep). From the invention of mirrors and how seeing our reflection shapes our sense of self, to the unsettling truth about memory distortion, to wondering if I’m accidentally in the background of someone’s core memory photo—this is a full-on spiral, but in the best way. We’ll talk about: • Ancient mirrors and why seeing your own face for the first time would’ve been terrifying. • How memories warp every time you think of them (don’t freak out). • The color theory that haunted my teenage years. • Deja vu theories that range from “parallel universe” to “why am I seeing myself on the toilet.” • Sibling nostalgia, money being made up, inner monologues, and all the random thoughts you’ve probably had but never said out loud.If you love overthinking the little things (and laughing at yourself while you do it), this episode is for you.
You know those petty little things that shouldn't get under your skin, but they do? And not in a "haha that's quirky" way, in a "why am I spiraling over this random little thing" way. In today's episode, I'm cracking open the diary to share the petty, irrational, oddly specific things that drive us crazy. Thanks for tuning in, I will see you next week :)
RICH PEOPLE SH*T

RICH PEOPLE SH*T

Remember when you were a kid and you thought that having a fridge with an ice maker meant you were rich rich? Same. In this episode I'm talking about the random little things that screamed "they're rich" to us as kids. Matching washer and dryer? Money. Heated steering wheel? Literal life goals. Then I will take you through a few things that count as rich people shiz now that we're grown. The things that scream "I've made it". The idea for this podcast was partly inspired by a TikTok series by the user @sammye936jc. Make sure to check out her page :) See you next week!
Today I am diving back into the archives of Call Your Sisters with Kate and bringing you one of my favorite episodes we recorded during our prime. Please enjoy ;) See you back next week with a fresh episode of My Sister's Diary. Cringe ChroniclesYou know those moments you think back on and instantly get sweaty? We know all too well. Today we read our listeners stories about the cringey-est thing that's ever happened to them. Don't worry we will share plenty of our own stories. Thanks for calling ;)
You know those thoughts you keep to yourself because they're too unfiltered, too petty, too embarrassing.. or just too honest? This episode is that, motherhood and marriage edition. I'm opening the pages of my "would-never-share" diary and saying things I would normally keep to myself. No pretending, just the raw, real version of my you'd only get if I thought no one was listening. Thank you for listening, see you next week ;)
DELULU DIARIES

DELULU DIARIES

2025-06-2425:04

This week we're diving headfirst into our most unhinged and dare I say iconic delulu moments. Wether it's delusion about how good of a mom you are, or how obsessed a boy is with you, I'm here to validate your delusion. Being delulu is a state of mind, and honestly it is necessary to get through life. Thank you for joining me this week and I will see you next week!
Today I am diving into the sacred, sometimes shady, world of GIRL CODE. Apparently some of the world thinks that girl code is optional, which it is not. I'm breaking down some messy scenarios, calling out violations, and deciding whether or not they are justified or just straight up foul. Grab your favorite drink, talk me on a walk, deep clean the house, whatever you do while you listen and let's judge together. See you all next week!! ;) Don't forget to subscribe, rate and review.

Today I am joined by my sister . . . ALYSSA! Big thanks to her for coming on and reading listener submissions of Workplace DRAMA! Some sparks notes:I got my first hate(ish) comment on TikTok :( Honestly I’m scared of trolls and I need to be better about blocking out the haters. All of your coworkers are lazy and you guys hate it hahahaMen (not ALL men) suck. They will never understand what it is like to be a woman Labor and delivery nurses do not get to tell you what to do, you can have a voice during your birth and advocate for yourself. MUTE YOURSELF DURING ZOOM MEETINGS!!!Don’t tell dirty jokes at the OBGYN
BAD ROOMMATES

BAD ROOMMATES

2025-05-2741:35

Join me today while I read off my listener's submission stories of their experiences with some of the worst roommates. Things can get pretty spooky when you move into a place with a bunch of people you don't know, and we have all learned just how hard it is moving out and realizing everyone has a different way of doing things. Thank you for listening, make sure you subscribe, rate, and review and I will see you next week ;)
HEY GUYS!! This week, my voice is gone and/or sounds really annoying on the microphone. So instead of annoying you all with it, I am releasing an episode from Call Your Sisters that Kate and I never released. It was meant to be our last episode we would put out, but I never posted it for whatever reason. So lucky for you, you guys will still get to hear it. We asked our instagram followers their favorite TV shows and then we put them in a bracket to find out what the GOAT TV show is. Thank you all for being understanding, and I will be back next week with a solo episode :)
ACTUALLY I know plenty of toddlers who behave more grown-up than some of the people in these stories. Some of these people need serious reality checks, and need to take a master-class on boundaries :) A few highlights from the episode with no context:parades are dangerousTwilight Saga rewatchthrowing babies in the airfireworksspiritual manipulationautism Thanks for tuning in, I will see you next week :)
