Description

The Soulful Catalyst is a podcast for coaches, healers, and transformational practitioners who know they're doing powerful work and want the conversations to match.

Each episode, I sit down with guests doing things differently...building aligned businesses, serving clients at depth, going beyond strategy into the energy and real stories behind the work.

I'm Joanna Ingram, Messaging Strategist and podcast host, and I created this platform to amplify transformational voices, because the world needs more of them.

What would it look like if the men in your life stopped performing and started actually living? In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Morgan Rich, Transformational Coach, Author, and Men's Work Leader, devoted to helping people live from soul instead of performance, teaching presence, integrity, and the art of meeting life with courage and love.Morgan's path into men's work began at 18 when his father died. Rather than numb the grief, he sat in it. And something woke up. A deep knowing that there had to be a different way of moving through life, one rooted in the language of the soul. When he looked around for men who could speak that language, guides who weren't pushing compliance or academic answers, he couldn't find them. So he became that person for others. What I found so compelling about this conversation is how Morgan talks about the moment a man knows he's ready for this kind of work. It's rarely a crisis. More often it's a quiet, inconvenient knowing: the conversation you've been avoiding, the risk you haven't taken, the version of yourself that keeps nudging you. He calls building the capacity to meet those moments "training for the unknown."He also shared a story from one of his men's groups that gave me actual tingles. Something so simple on the surface, and yet so perfectly illustrative of what becomes possible when men are held, not teased, for showing up with their whole hearts 😊.In this episode, we explore:➤ How to know if you're ready for this work, and what stress, conflict, or feeling off-course is really pointing to➤ What transformation looks like in a men's group, and why one young man's courageous moment became a turning point for everyone in it➤ The journey that brought Morgan here, beginning with loss at 18 and a search for men who spoke the language of the soul➤ What "training for the unknown" is, and why stepping towards intensity, not away from it, changes everythingThis episode is for any man who's sensing there's a deeper way to live, and for anyone who loves one.Connect with Morgan RichWebsite: morganrich.comFree Resource: morganrich.com/courageSubstack: morganrich.substack.comYouTube: @MorganRichBeyonderInstagram: @morganrich_beyonderConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients. What if the reason nothing is changing isn't that you're doing something wrong, it's that knowledge without embodiment only gets you so far?In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Trine Schmidt, Alignment Coach and Licensed Psychotherapist, who helps women go from the old version of themselves to the new, by integrating mind, body and energy to create lasting identity shifts.Trine works with women who have done the reading, listened to the podcasts, know they are growing, and still feel stuck. The same relationships, the same self-doubt, the same sense that their inner development hasn't quite translated into their outer life. Her work sits right in that gap, using a blend of mindset, energy healing and what she calls aligned action to shift things at a level that thinking alone simply can't reach. What she shares in this conversation stopped me in my tracks. The idea that self-doubt isn't something to push through, it's a part of us asking to be heard. That when we stop trying to override those parts and start integrating them, that's when the real change begins. Her clients have gone from rocky relationships and lost confidence to unexpected promotions, speaking on stages and a quiet, steady knowing of where to go next 😌.In this episode, we explore:➤ Why reading all the books and knowing all the things still leaves you feeling stuck, and what integration actually does differently➤ How energy healing shifts the nervous system faster than mindset work alone, and why that combination creates results that last➤ What self-doubt is really telling you, and why nurturing it rather than overriding it is the turning point➤ The ripple effect of inner work on outer life, from career shifts to deeper relationships to a steadier sense of selfThis episode is for any woman who knows she has grown but can't quite understand why her outside world hasn't caught up yet 😊.Connect with Trine SchmidtWebsite: youinsideyou.comInstagram: @you.inside.youFacebook: youinsideyouPodcast: You Inside You on SpotifyConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramLinkedIn: Joanna IngramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients. What if the life you actually want is on the other side of giving yourself permission to want it?In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Renee Rendall, Spiritual Coach, Tarot Reader and the Witch behind Sagittarian Tarot and Coaching, who helps women embrace radical authenticity, rebellious joy and deep empowerment through tarot and witchcraft.Renee came to witchcraft in 2018 after hearing a podcast interview with modern witches, published authors and academics, taking something ancient completely seriously. She didn't know she was allowed to want this. That thought sat with her for nine months before she dove in headfirst, and she hasn't looked back since. What I love about that origin story is how perfectly it mirrors the work she now does for others: giving women permission to stop living by someone else's rulebook and start creating a life that genuinely feels good 😊.Her approach blends tarot, astrology, human design and ritual coaching to help women understand the gifts they were born with, the ones they've been quietly taught to hide, and the stories they've been telling themselves about what's possible. The transformation she described from one of her clients stopped me in my tracks. A woman hemmed in by fear, convinced she wasn't datable, who ended up taking spontaneous day trips around Europe and, in doing so, completely changed who she was showing up as. That's the kind of shift Renee creates, not by chasing the thing you want, but by becoming the person who's already living it.In this episode, we explore:➤ What witchcraft really is, and why so many spiritual women are already closer to it than they think➤ How astrology and human design reveal the gifts you've been taught to hide, and how to finally let them work for you➤ Why radical authenticity is the actual magic, and how trusting your intuition changes everything from relationships to businessThis episode is for any woman who's spiritually curious, quietly craving more freedom, and ready to stop waiting for someone else to tell her she's allowed.Connect with Renee RendallWebsite: sagittariantarot.comFree guide, Cosmic Keys to Becoming a Badass Biz Witch: subscribepage.io/cosmickeysInstagram: @sagittariantarotConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramLinkedIn: Joanna IngramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients. You're going to every networking event, having all the right conversations, and still not converting them into clients. So what's actually going wrong? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Grace Fogarty, Networking Strategist, who helps female solopreneurs turn networking into a reliable, consistent way to generate leads without sounding salesy.Grace didn't start out knowing how to do this. She spent a full year showing up diligently to networking groups, visiting different events, doing everything she'd been told to do, and getting almost nothing back. The work that did come in wasn't aligned, the revenue wasn't there, and quietly, her confidence was taking a hit every time someone said "I'll definitely be in touch" and then disappeared. So she made a decision: either quit entirely, or completely change her approach. She chose to change it. Drawing on her background as an actor and scriptwriter, she started applying what she knew about storytelling, stage presence and owning a room to the way she networked. Combined with sales and marketing training she'd done that year, she developed an approach that started generating regurlar income from networking meetings. And once she realised most people had never been taught how to actually do this, she pivoted her whole business to teach it 😊.What I love about Grace's framework is how it dismantles the advice we've all heard: that networking is a slow burn, that you just need to show up consistently, that if you give enough it'll eventually come back around. Grace tells us that those are myths. What networking actually requires is clarity, presence, and conversion. And when all three are working, it stops feeling like a networking strategy and starts feeling like your most powerful business tool.In this episode, we explore:➤ The three gaps that cause most people to lose leads at networking events, and how to spot which one is costing you➤ Why presence matters more than your pitch, and what it really means to show up in a way that gets you noticed➤ How to convert great conversations into actual clients, instead of watching the energy fizzle out after every meeting➤ The myths about networking that keep talented people busy but not growing, and what to do insteadThis episode is for any female solopreneur who knows networking has potential but can't quite figure out why it isn't working yet.Connect with Grace FogartyWebsite: presentwithgrace.comFree guide, Attract Your Dream Client in 60 Seconds: presentwithgrace.com/attractin60LinkedIn: Grace FogartyConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramLinkedIn: Joanna IngramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients. What if the skills that hold young people back at work aren't about intelligence or talent, but about something nobody ever taught them?In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Amit Rawal, Lecturer in Coaching and Entrepreneurship at Bayes Business School and Founder of 1Take Motivation, who is on a mission to help people become more employable, embrace failure effectively, and develop their entrepreneurial skill set.Amit's story is one of those that stops you mid-listen. He grew up working class, attended speech therapy as a child, and navigated dyslexia and dyspraxia through school. He could have let those experiences define his limits. Instead, he went on to complete a PhD in entrepreneurial failure, and now uses everything he lived through to help young people find their voice, build their confidence, and show up in the workplace as themselves .What strikes me about his approach is the emphasis on genuine inclusivity, not as a buzzword, but as something that shapes every question he asks, every phrase he uses, and every coaching relationship he builds. And because he knows that young people won't always have access to a coach, he's created something they can use on their own: Dream Coaching Cards, a self-coaching tool designed to raise self-awareness, build resilience, and help people get clear on where they're headed. In this episode, we explore:➤ Why soft skills are the real differentiator in today's workplace, and what gets lost when we rely on AI to do our communicating for us➤ What changes when young people go through a coaching journey, from self-belief to becoming genuinely better listeners➤ How Amit's own struggles with communication became the foundation of his work, and why that matters for the people he serves➤ The case for self-sufficiency in coaching, and why giving people tools they can use independently is just as powerful as the sessions themselvesThis episode is for anyone who works with, supports, or cares about young people finding their footing in the world of work.Connect with Amit RawalWebsite: 1takemotivation.comInstagram: @1takemotivationTikTok: @1takemotivationConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients. What if you've followed all the right paths, done all the expected things, and still can't shake the feeling that you've somehow lost yourself along the way?In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Karrie O'Connor, Soul Essence Activator, Multi-Qualified Life Transformation Coach, Psychic Medium and Reiki Energy Healer, who guides spiritually aware women to align with their soul's true essence and lead powerfully as their authentic selves.Karrie spent 25 years in the corporate world before a chain of "weird, wild and wonderful experiences" cracked her wide open. What followed was a spiritual awakening that didn't just change her work, it changed everything. She found herself knowing things she couldn't explain, sensing what people were hiding from themselves, and gradually realising that the very tools she needed to heal herself were the ones she'd eventually use to help others do the same 😊.What I love about this conversation is how honestly Karrie talks about the fear of being seen. The terror of telling former colleagues she could communicate with spirit. The long period of dancing around it in her content, updating her profile, then changing it back. And then, finally, the decision to just go for it. Because the more she leaned in, the more everything started to fall into place. In this episode, we explore:➤ The body signals that tell you you're ready for something more, and why we're so good at talking ourselves out of them➤ How Karrie blends neuroscience and spiritual practice to create transformation that's grounded as well as profound➤ What it really feels like to come out as a hidden healer, and why the scariest step often turns out to be the most liberating➤ The moment clients realise this is who they were always meant to be, and why that realisation changes everythingIf you've ever had the quiet sense that you're living someone else's version of your life, this one's for you 😌.Connect with Karrie O'ConnorWebsite: karrieoconnorcoaching.comLinkedIn: Karrie O'ConnorInstagram: @karrieocoachingFacebook: karrieocoachingConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients. What if you stopped trying to achieve your way to fulfilment, and started with figuring out who you actually are?In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Debbie Heiser, Founder and Leadership Coach of The Lit Up Life. Debbie supports high-achieving women who are done pushing and ready to lead and grow from alignment, self-trust, and embodiment instead of pressure.Debbie's path here wasn't a straight line. After more than 20 years in corporate America, including a senior executive role at Citibank five levels below the CEO, she left to become CFO for a small business owned by a close friend. Four months in, that friend was killed in a private plane accident. Debbie stayed, helped the family keep things running, and quietly learned what it meant to just figure it out. She started her coaching business as a side gig in 2014, went full time in 2021, and within 18 months had built something profitable and deeply meaningful. The personal chapters in between, including her mother's death, a divorce after 30 years, and the work of unwinding what decades in corporate had layered over her sense of self, all became part of the wisdom she now brings to clients. What I love about this conversation is how Debbie holds both the structure and the soul of this work simultaneously. Brain science and transactional analysis in the same breath as feminine flow and deep desire. And she's clear that transformation requires actual change, something she's watched people resist even when they desperately want the result. The women who come to her are brilliant, she says. They just need help remembering it. We explore:➤ Why knowing who you are has to come before knowing what you want, and how high-achieving women lose that thread under the weight of all the roles they carry➤ The blend of feminine and masculine energy in business, and why structure isn't the enemy of flow, it's what makes flow possible➤ What transformation actually looks like in practice, from saving a marriage while growing a business, to selling a company in rural Montana and walking into a life only half believed was possible➤ The inner voices that run the show, and what it takes to let the right one leadThis episode is for you if you keep hitting a ceiling, not because you lack capability, but because the old messaging about who you're allowed to be keeps getting in the way.Connect with Debbie HeiserWebsite: www.thelituplife.comInstagram: @the_lituplifeFacebook: Debbie HeiserLinkedIn: Debra HeiserYouTube: The Lit Up LifeConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit:Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients.Book here: joannaingram.link/auditWant to be a guest on The Soulful Catalyst? If you're a coach, healer, or spiritual expert doing powerful work that transforms lives, and you'd love to share your story and methods with a global audience, I'd love to hear from you.👉 Apply here: go.joannaingram.com/soulfulcatalyst
What if the fatigue you keep pushing through isn't just tiredness, but your body asking you to finally stop?In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Ashleigh Grave, Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, and Founder of Holistically Curated. Ashleigh helps high-achieving women recover from burnout and find their joy again, and she's also the author of Navigating Dementia Together: A Holistic Guide to Supporting a Loved One with Dementia. Both parts of Ashleigh's work grew from her own lived experience. She went through severe burnout herself while working in corporate, during the pandemic, while caring for a loved one newly diagnosed with dementia, and while simultaneously going back to school for holistic nutrition. She describes a burnout so extreme that a 15-minute walk would leave her done for the rest of the day. It was only once she finished her training that she had the tools to bring herself back, and that's what ultimately shaped the work she does now. What I found so grounding in this conversation is how clearly Ashleigh describes what burnout actually looks and feels like before women even name it. The joy draining out of things you used to love. Still exhausted on Monday morning after a full weekend of rest. Getting every cold that goes around the office. She's seen the same two patterns show up again and again in the women she works with: people-pleasing, and a deep commitment to doing everything to the highest standard. Together, those two things become a recipe for running on empty. We explore:➤ The signs that you're heading into burnout before it becomes a crisis, and why catching it early makes coming back so much easier➤ Ashleigh's three-phase six-month process, from stopping the burnout cycle and rebuilding energy, to working on the nervous system, to creating habits that mean you never go back➤ Why the approach has to be individual, because what helps one woman might exhaust another, and why meeting clients exactly where they are is central to how Ashleigh works➤ Ashleigh's bigger mission: helping women filter through the noise, find what genuinely works for them, and reclaim the energy to do what they're here to doThis episode is for you if you're a high-achieving woman who has been running on empty for longer than you'd like to admit, and you're ready for an approach that actually meets you where you are.Connect with Ashleigh GraveWebsite: www.holisticallycurated.comInstagram: @holistically_curatedBook: Navigating Dementia Together on AmazonConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit:Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients.Book here: joannaingram.link/auditWant to be a guest on The Soulful Catalyst? If you're a coach, healer, or spiritual expert doing powerful work that transforms lives, and you'd love to share your story and methods with a global audience, I'd love to hear from you.👉 Apply here: go.joannaingram.com/soulfulcatalyst
What if the exhaustion you're feeling isn't a personal failing, but the result of beliefs you've been carrying for most of your life?In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Lina Gudiene, Certified Hypnotherapist (RTT) and Coach for Women in Burnout. Lina helps women turn exhaustion, burnout and self-doubt into deep self-trust and a balanced life, guiding them to understand the subconscious roots of why they got there in the first place.Lina's path into this work is deeply personal. She had her own burnout working in tech, in a role that didn't feel right, and then her father died. That collision of events stopped her in her tracks. She found herself asking: half of my life is already gone. What do I want to do with the rest of it? That question led her to RTT hypnotherapy, and she describes the training as mind-blowing. She got clients, fell in love with the work, and hasn't looked back. What struck me most in this conversation is how Lina describes the women who find her. They're high achievers with a strong sense of responsibility, who deliver and deliver and keep going, but somewhere along the way stop resting, stop sleeping, start waking at 3am wondering what's wrong with them. And often, they don't even call it burnout. They just know something isn't working. What Lina does is help them go underneath the symptoms to find the actual source, and then rewire it. We explore:➤ Why high-achieving women often don't recognise burnout in themselves, and how it tends to show up as sleeplessness, exhaustion, and a creeping sense that something is off➤ How RTT hypnotherapy works differently from talk therapy, going into the subconscious to find the root cause of a pattern rather than managing symptoms at the surface➤ What the process actually looks like, from guided sessions with a specific question to explore, through to a personalised audio recording that rewires the brain over at least three weeks➤ Why willingness to explore the past matters, and why the clients who get the most profound results are the ones who stay open and curious, even when surprising things come upThis episode is for you if you're a high-achieving woman who keeps pushing through, even when everything in you is asking you to stop. If you've tried other approaches and still feel like you haven't got to the actual thing, this conversation might be the one that opens a different door.Connect with Lina GudieneWebsite: www.linagudiene.comInstagram: @lina.gudiene_rttLinkedIn: Lina GudieneFacebook: Lina GudieneConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit:Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients.Book here: joannaingram.link/auditWant to be a guest on The Soulful Catalyst? If you're a coach, healer, or spiritual expert doing powerful work that transforms lives, and you'd love to share your story and methods with a global audience, I'd love to hear from you.👉 Apply here: go.joannaingram.com/soulfulcatalyst
What if the identity you've been living from was never really yours to begin with?In this episode, I'm joined by Geraldine Crane, a spirit-led hypnotherapist and coach who supports ambitious women to shift out of survival identities and lead from their Soul Sovereignty. With a particular focus on mother wounds and identity conditioning, Geraldine helps women recognise the patterns that have kept them playing small, people-pleasing, and disconnected from their authentic power.Geraldine shares her own journey of awakening to the realisation that much of who she thought she was had been shaped by early conditioning, survival mechanisms, and inherited beliefs. She opens up about the profound moment she recognised she had been living from a "survival identity", one built to keep her safe but ultimately keeping her from her true self. Through her work combining hypnotherapy with spiritual guidance, she now helps other women untangle these same patterns and step into leadership that feels aligned rather than exhausting. In this episode we explore:Survival identity versus Soul Sovereignty, understanding how we unconsciously build identities designed to keep us safe rather than help us thriveThe impact of mother wounds, how our earliest relationships shape the beliefs we carry about ourselves and our worthinessIdentity conditioning, recognising the inherited patterns and expectations that were never ours to carrySpirit-led healing, the role of hypnotherapy and spiritual guidance in accessing deeper layers of transformationLeading from authenticity, what it looks like to step out of people-pleasing and into genuine self-expressionThis episode is for ambitious women who sense there's more to who they are than the roles they've been playing, those ready to explore the deeper conditioning that's been running the show and finally step into their true power and purpose.Connect with Geraldine CraneWebsite: www.geraldinecrane.comFacebook: Geraldine CraneInstagram: @geraldinecrane_sereneTikTok: @geraldinecraneYouTube: @geraldine_craneConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit:Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, where I show you where the gaps are and reveal the exact opportunities to attract more premium, soul-aligned clients, and be recognised at your next level of thought-leadership. There's a quiet strength about a Muslim woman deciding her own happiness matters. In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Nadia Khan, Faith-Based Life Coach and NLP Practitioner specialising in culturally sensitive coaching for Muslim women who feel lost or overwhelmed.Nadia works with women who have spent years, sometimes decades, showing up for everyone else. The husband. The in-laws. The children. The community. She knows this terrain intimately, because she's lived it herself. And what she found, when she finally sought support, was that almost no one was offering it through a lens that made cultural and religious sense. So she built that herself. Her Sakina Framework, named after the Arabic word for peace and calmness, combines coaching, mentoring, and deep emotional support to create transformation that is holistic and sustainable. Not just a mindset shift, but a whole-self shift 😌.What stayed with me from this conversation is something Nadia said about boundaries. So many of her clients fear that setting limits means going against their faith or their culture. Nadia gently, powerfully reframes that. Boundaries aren't walls, she explains. They're doors. You choose which ones you open and which ones you keep closed. We explore:➤ Why so many Muslim women lose themselves in marriage and motherhood, and the moment they realise there's more to them than the roles they've been given➤ What the Sakina Framework offers, and how combining coaching with mentoring creates the kind of transformation that actually lasts➤ The truth about boundaries in faith and culture, and why setting them can strengthen relationships rather than threaten them➤ What changes when women do this work, including the confidence to take time for themselves without guilt, and the courage to show up differently for their daughters➤ Why culturally specific support matters, and how general advice often misses the very barriers that prevent Muslim women from moving forwardThis episode is for any woman who has quietly wondered if it's okay to want more, for herself, not just for everyone else around her.Connect with Nadia KhanWebsite: nadiakhancoaching.comInstagram: @nadiakhancoachingFacebook: Nadia Khan CoachingConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients. What can you do when you're parenting a teen who is pulling away?In this deeply moving episode, I'm joined by Jane Johnson, founder of Bright Futures Coaching, a mindset and confidence coach who works with parents and teenagers to rebuild connection and confidence during some of the most challenging years of family life. Jane helps families move from frustration and disconnection to calm, communication, and genuine understanding. What strikes me most about Jane is her warmth, her honesty, and her deep conviction that connection must come before correction. She doesn't try to "fix" teenagers or families... she helps them rediscover trust, hope, and each other. She talks openly about the signs she wishes she'd understood, the pressures teenagers face today, and why so many parents feel helpless when trying to reach their teens. In this episode, we explore:• Connection before correction, the principle at the heart of Jane's work with families and why trust must come first• The hidden pressures teenagers face today, from social media comparison to exam anxiety and feeling misunderstood• What parents get wrong about communication, and simple shifts that rebuild trust instead of creating tension• The transformation from surviving to thriving, what it looks like when families begin to truly understand each otherThis episode is for parents who feel disconnected from their teenager and don't know how to bridge the gap. It's for anyone working with young people who wants to understand what's really going on beneath the surface. What happens when the woman who spent two decades guiding others through spiritual formation has to dismantle everything she thought she knew about God, her body, and her own desires? In this deeply moving conversation, I'm joined by Meg Calvin, Amazon bestselling author and guide who stewards healing spaces for women awakening to their body's wisdom after years of religious conditioning. A former minister with over 20 years in emotional health and spiritual formation, Meg now uses fiction as a healing modality to help women who are cautiously emerging from spiritual control, ready to make pleasure and sensuality a priority, and hungry to incorporate metaphysical modalities while still honoring their sacred roots.Meg shares her profound journey from being deeply embedded in evangelical ministry to experiencing what she calls "the great undoing," a complete unraveling of her faith that began in 2020. Through her own healing journey, she discovered that fiction became the bridge that allowed her nervous system to explore new ideas without triggering the alarm bells that direct teaching would set off. Now she guides other women through this tender process of spiritual integration, helping them trust that their desires, intuitive gifts, and pleasure are not selfish but sacred invitations from the Divine. In this episode, we explore:• Fiction as a healing modality, why stories can slip past our defenses and create safety for the nervous system to explore ideas that feel threatening when presented directly• Pleasure as permission, the radical act of allowing yourself to feel good, experience sensuality, and trust your desires after being taught they were dangerous• Melding the ministerial with the metaphysical, honoring your sacred roots while opening to new spiritual practices like tarot, astrology, and energy workThis episode is for women who are cautiously emerging from high-control religious environments, who feel that stirring inside telling them there's more to spirituality than what they were taught, and who are ready to trust themselves as their own spiritual authority, even when it feels terrifying.Connect with Meg CalvinWebsite: www.MegCalvin.comInstagram: @heymegcalvinFacebook: Meg CalvinTikTok: @megcalvinConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit:Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, where I show you where the gaps are and reveal the exact opportunities to attract more premium, soul-aligned clients, and be recognised at your next level of thought-leadership. What if the key to growing your business isn't doing more, but doing dramatically less?In this episode, I'm joined by Alyssa Wolff, Time Back Consultant and founder of Your Unbusy Life. Alyssa helps entrepreneur mums reclaim their time and build businesses that actually fit around their lives, not the other way around. She's a master at helping women cut through the noise of endless to-do lists and get back to what truly matters, both in business and in life.Alyssa's journey into this work began in an unexpected way. After her fifth child turned six months old, she found herself with something she hadn't experienced in years: free time. That moment of spaciousness sparked a realisation that would become her life's work. She'd spent years learning how to run a household, manage chaos, and still create room for herself, and she knew other women were desperately searching for that same freedom. What started as a curiosity turned into a thriving consulting business that she's now run for over five years, through every season of motherhood. Her approach isn't about cramming more into your day. It's about ruthless prioritisation, understanding that everything has a cost, and making intentional choices about where your energy goes. She talks about treating your business like a job you clock in and out of, and the radical permission that comes from deciding that some things simply won't get done.In this episode, we explore:• The "life-first" philosophy, why building your business around your actual life creates more success than forcing your life to fit your business• Ruthless prioritisation, how to identify what truly moves the needle and let go of the rest without guilt• The cost of every commitment, understanding that every "yes" has a price and learning to make those trades consciously• Seasons of business and life, why some seasons are for growth and others are for holding steady, and how to honor bothThis episode is for you if you're an entrepreneur, especially a mum, who feels like you're constantly running on empty. If you've been told to hustle harder but something inside you knows there has to be another way, Alyssa's wisdom will feel like a breath of fresh air.Connect with Alyssa WolffWebsite: yourunbusylife.comLinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/alyssa-wolff-unbusyConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit:Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, where I show you where the gaps are and reveal the exact opportunities to attract more premium, soul-aligned clients, and be recognised at your next level of thought-leadership. What if the land itself is waiting to activate something ancient within you?In this episode, I'm joined by Julia Weigert, a Sacred Site Oracle, Sacred Travel Facilitator, and Magdalene Rose Priestess based in Switzerland. Julia supports women in reconnecting with their innate healing intelligence and embodied knowing through sacred site journeys, Cell Memory Activation, and Magdalene Healing Codes.Julia's path began in the wellness industry, but a life-altering experience in Egypt cracked her open to something far deeper. Receiving a powerful download at a sacred site, she discovered that the places we visit aren't just locations... they're living portals that speak to us, activate us, and remember us. What started as personal healing became her calling to guide other women through these initiatory journeys, bridging ancient feminine lineages with modern life.In this episode, we explore:• The body as living technology, and how our cells hold memories waiting to be activated through connection with sacred land• The Magdalene lineage and healing codes, working with this ancient feminine wisdom to restore wholeness and coherent power• How sacred travel differs from spiritual tourism, approaching these journeys as initiations rather than experiences to collect• Anchoring these activations into daily life, bringing the remembrance home and letting it transform how we lead and liveThis episode is for you if you've ever felt called to sacred places, if you sense there's wisdom your body already knows, or if you're curious about what it means to walk the Earth as a steward of feminine remembrance.Connect with Julia WeigertWebsite: soulwisdom.chInstagram: @soul_wisdom_by_juliaFacebook: Soul WisdomThe Sacred Travel Podcast: Apple | Spotify | YouTubeThe Sacred Travel Quiz: What’s Your Sacred Travel Style?https://www.soulwisdom.ch/yoursacredtraveltypequizConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, where I show you where the gaps are and reveal the exact opportunities to attract more premium, soul-aligned clients, and be recognised at your next level of thought-leadership. What if your workplace frustrations aren't about the people, they're about the system?I'm joined by Katherine Robinette, President and Owner of Keystone and Raven, a speaker, consultant, and trainer who helps leaders transform their workplaces into environments people actually want to be part of. Katherine works with organisations to diagnose what's really going wrong and create sustainable change without burning everything down.Katherine spent years watching brilliant people leave jobs they loved, not because of the work itself, but because the systems around them made everything harder than it needed to be. She noticed a pattern, leaders blaming individuals for problems that were actually structural, teams struggling under processes that served no one. Her mission became clear… help organisations see that when good people are struggling, the answer isn't to fix the people, it's to fix the system holding them back. 💡In this episode we explore:• The system versus people myth, why your team members aren't broken and how to identify what's actually causing friction• Sustainable change without destruction, Katherine's approach to transformation that doesn't require starting from scratch• What makes work feel like work, the hidden dynamics that drain energy and engagement from even the most passionate employees• Leadership's role in culture shift, how to create environments where people genuinely want to show up and contributeThis episode is for leaders, managers, and anyone who's ever felt like something's wrong at work but couldn't quite name it. What if your body has already started to heal, and it's only your mind that hasn't caught up yet?In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Ann Ruane, Soul Practitioner, Intuitive Energy Healer, and Spiritual Midwife at Lux Eterna Healing. With 15 years of experience, Ann works with people who feel an inner stirring they can't quite name, those who sense that something is shifting, but don't yet have words for what it is or where it's taking them.Ann describes her work as spiritual midwifery, and I love that phrase. She walks alongside people as they navigate the spiritual and emotional thresholds of life, through Reiki, intuitive energy healing, crystal healing, and deep attunement to the messages held within the body. Because as she so beautifully says, our minds and our bodies often speak different languages, and most of us were never taught to translate. What struck me most in this conversation is how much permission Ann offers. Permission to not know. Permission to feel deeply without shame. Permission for the process to be messy and cyclical and real 😌. She shares her own journey, from teaching piano to healing others full-time, through a divorce, through the quiet shower revelation that gave her the words she'd been searching for. And how simply naming herself a spiritual midwife, just weeks before we recorded this, had already begun to shift the energy of her work and the clients finding their way to her.If you've ever been told you're too sensitive, too complicated, or too much, this conversation is for you. Ann holds space for the deeply feeling, deeply perceiving humans who are ready to stop living by everyone else's definitions and come home to themselves 😊.In this episode, we explore:➤ What spiritual midwifery actually means, and why the art of seeing the self is one of the most profound forms of healing available right now➤ Why your body is the wisest guide you have, and what happens when you finally learn to listen to it rather than override it➤ The six pillars of spiritual midwifery, from witnessing without judgement to empowered emergence and the sovereignty of living a life that is truly yours➤ How to recognise when you're ready for this kind of work, even when you don't have the language for what you're feelingThis episode is for anyone who knows, deep down, that something is ready to shift, even if they can't yet say what it is or where it's going. If you've been quietly carrying the sense that there's more for you, this conversation will meet you exactly where you are.Connect with Ann RuaneWebsite: www.LuxEternaHealing.comLinkedIn: Ann RuaneFacebook: Lux Eterna HealingInstagram: @luxeternahealingConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, where I show you where the gaps are and reveal the exact opportunities to attract more premium, soul-aligned clients, and be recognised at your next level of thought-leadership. Have you ever felt like you're starting from zero after becoming a parent, even though you spent years building your career? In this episode, I'm joined by Susie Powis, a career transition coach who supports women, particularly parents, through some of the most challenging professional moments of their lives, whether they're returning to work, navigating a career change, or ready to accelerate again after putting their ambitions on hold.Susie spent 20 years in senior corporate roles before stepping into coaching, and her work is deeply personal. She's doing the work she wished she'd had when she was returning after maternity leave, and she's also partnering with businesses to support working parents through these transitions, because that's where retention and confidence are really won or lost. What struck me most in this conversation was Susie's honesty about the identity shift that happens when you become a parent, and how rarely we talk about it. We dive into why so many women struggle with confidence when they return to work, even when they were thriving before, and what it actually takes to rebuild that sense of self.In this episode, we explore:• The identity crisis of returning to work, and why so many women feel like they've lost themselves somewhere between maternity leave and the office door• The confidence gap after parenthood, and why it has nothing to do with your actual skills or capabilities• Creating boundaries that actually stick, and the mindset shifts required to protect your energy while building a career you love• Why businesses need to do better, and how Susie is working with organisations to support working parents at the structural levelThis episode is for you if you're a parent navigating a career transition, if you've ever felt invisible at work after returning from leave, or if you're wondering whether it's possible to have ambition and presence in both your professional and personal life. Connect with Susie PowisWebsite: hihocoaching.co.ukFacebook: Hi Ho CoachingInstagram: @hi.ho.coachingTikTok: @hi.ho.coachingLinkedIn: Susie PowisConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, where I show you where the gaps are and reveal the exact opportunities to attract more premium, soul-aligned clients, and be recognised at your next level of thought-leadership. What if the greatest breakdown of your life was actually the blueprint for your biggest breakthrough?I'm joined by Kristen Renee Appleby, Author and Guide, who helps people rebuild foundations for physical and financial wellbeing after life has knocked them down. Through her own healing journeys and extensive corporate leadership background, Kristen guides others to step into their fullest potential and create meaningful shifts in their daily lives.Kristen's story begins with what she calls her "quarter-life crisis", a moment when everything fell apart and she found herself asking the big questions about purpose and meaning. What started as personal devastation became the catalyst for discovering her calling as a lighthouse for others. Through her own physical and financial healing journeys, she developed a framework that combines practical wisdom with spiritual depth, helping people not just survive their challenges but transform through them. We explore:• The lighthouse metaphor, how Kristen discovered her purpose was to be a beacon for others navigating their own storms• Rebuilding from the ground up, why creating a solid foundation for physical and financial wellbeing matters before anything else• The corporate-to-catalyst journey, how her leadership background shapes her unique approach to transformation• Stepping into fullest potential, what it actually looks like to move from surviving to thrivingThis episode is for you if you've been through a season of breakdown and you're ready to understand how it can become your breakthrough. You've tried the strategies. You've reorganised your calendar. So why are you still exhausted? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Kerry Iannone, Life and Wellbeing Coach who helps high-achieving women of faith move out of burnout and build lives that are both successful and sustainable. Her work sits at the intersection of faith, wellbeing, and performance, supporting women who carry a lot of responsibility yet feel exhausted, disconnected, or stretched too thin. What makes Kerry's work different is that she's lived this twice. Once in her twenties, when she tried all the surface-level fixes. And again in her forties, while pastoring a church with her husband, raising three children (two with special needs), and caring for aging parents. The difference wasn't better time management. It was getting underneath the burnout to address the beliefs driving it 😌.Kerry talks about the women who come to her. On the outside, they look like they've got it all together. Inside, they're running on empty. They've convinced themselves they have to earn the right to rest. That their worth comes from how much they do, how dependable they are, how much everyone needs them. And those beliefs are burning them out from the inside. In this conversation, we explore:➤ Why time management doesn't fix burnout, and what actually does when you address the beliefs underneath the exhaustion➤ The difference between temporary fixes and lasting transformation, and how faith shifts burnout from a cycle into a turning point➤ What it means to rest without earning it, and how women learn to stop seeing self-care as a reward for productivity➤ How to build sustainable rhythms, creating life-giving practices that fit into real life without adding more pressure➤ Identity in Christ versus identity in performance, and why understanding your worth changes everything about how you liveThis episode is for you if you're capable, dependable, and exhausted. If you've tried all the strategies and you're still stretched thin. If you're finally ready to stop performing and start living.Connect with Kerry IannoneWebsite: www.coachkerry.comFacebook: Kerry Iannone CoachingLinkedIn: Kerry IannoneInstagram: @kerryiannoneTikTok: Kerry Iannone on TikTokX/Twitter: @IannoneKerryConnect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramMessaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients.
