Episode 15 of All In Martin honors Black History Month by reflecting on the lasting impact of educators who helped shape learning and opportunity in the Martin County School District. In this episode, Joshua Perry and Dr. Kimberly McHardy share the stories and legacies of Marian Carpenter and the McHardy family—educators whose dedication to students and community continues to influence generations. From the early days of segregated schools to decades of service in Martin County classrooms and leadership roles, their families’ commitment to education helped pave the way for many of the opportunities students experience today.

From emergency contact cards to important policies on phones, vaping, and bullying, Director of Student Services Deb Riley shares what parents need to know before the first day of school for the 25-26 school year, which starts August 11, 2025!
The 7th episode of All In Martin, we’re all about the summer vibes, Martin County style, visiting the Environmental Studies Center for summer camp, where hands-on science meets salt air and pure fun. We sit down with ESC Coordinator Val Gaynor and two camp counselors who were once campers, exploring why this unique Martin County experience sticks with students long after summer ends.
The sixth episode of All In Martin features three teachers from across the Martin County School District–Mrs. Rachel Smith at Dr. David L. Anderson Middle School, Mrs. Vanessa Molina-Council at Citrus Grove Elementary, and Mrs. Samantha Pankhurst at Jensen Beach High School. In this episode, we go ALL IN for Black History in Martin County! Stuart Training School alumni share their experiences growing up in Martin County during segregation and desegregation, as well as discuss the influential Black leaders who graduated from STS. This episode also features Dr. Chris Jones, Stuart Middle School Principal, who talks about the District's first-ever districtwide Black History Month event.
The second episode of All In Martin features Chief of Safety and Security Frank Frangella, who discusses important safety information families need to know. This episode also features Bessey Creek Elementary School Principal Stacy Schmit who shares details about the upcoming kindergarten orientation event, Kindergarten Blast Off, which will be held on February 11, 2025.
