There are costs that come with ministry, operational costs. In Jesus' ministry there were costs. The people who were being blessed, out of love, supported Him with their substance. We can also support God's work with our money. How? Our first fruits, partnerships, tithes, the prophet's offering, random refreshing of the man of God, alms, intentional seeds and property dedication are all ways we can financially support God's work.

In the part 11 of 'What's Next Papa?' , our Man of God spoke on the importance of commitment to God and to the church.Stronger relations are built when you know that a person in your life will always be there for you. Strong churches are built through the commitment of its members. Commitment with your time, presence and substance. Commitment shows that we prioritize Jesus. It is through our commitment that others will be drawn to our God and to our church. Be committed to God and to the work He is doing in your church.

In Part 6, Dr Solomon Kharis speaks on the key characteristics of true servants, of people with a volunteering spirit.A true servant always initiates provision. They give their time and energy. They offer willingly and ungrudgingly. They are sensitive to the needs of the church. A true servant serves out of commitment and not convenience. Our service is a heart affair.

Our man of God, Dr Solomon Kharis, teaches on the spirit of volunteerism in this part of ‘What’s Next Papa?’.We should be willing to serve at our own expense. It is by revelation that we do the things we do. Our concern is not what is in it for us. The reward is not our reason for service. It is a privilege to serve Jesus.

Our man of God continued ‘What’s Next Papa?” with a teaching on motivations for serving God. Many a time people are motivated to serve God by fear, pressure, pain, pride and a need for recognition. You should rather be motivated by a revelation of what you are doing. Revelation is the highest form of motivation.

Our Man of God, Dr Solomon Kharis, continued with the marks of the bondservant. Bondservants do not consider their master’s instructions as suggestions. A bondservants ultimate goal is to hear “Well done good and faithful servant.”

In the part two of ‘DOULOS’, Dr Solomon Kharis taught on the marks of a bondservant.Bondservants take the Bible as their truth.  Jesus is the ultimate ‘Doulos’. We can pattern our lives according to His. He must be displayed through us. Bondservants are humble. They are not afraid to count everything as loss for Christ.
