Description

Welcome to "Past the Clock" with Attorney James Bogen! In this biweekly podcast, James discusses legal issues, politics, and other topics of the day.

James is a criminal defense attorney in solo practice in Cincinnati and is a regular legal analyst and political commentator on 700WLW. As his radio segments are always limited by the clock due to such things as the news and commercials, James started this podcast to expand his radio commentary "Past the Clock" and dive more into the details and include a wider range of topics.

As an attorney, James has defended a wide variety of criminal matters, including some high-profile cases- from misdemeanors and DUIs to capital murder and other homicides, sex offenses, and more.
