Description
Study Sleep Soothe is perfect for individuals with ASD, ADHD, or other neurodivergences. We offer a diverse library of natural and man-made sounds, (with and without music) to ensure a sensory-friendly experience for our listeners who may be experiencing overwhelm, frustration or sensory over-stimulation. Our sounds might also be helpful for those who need help focusing on study or work and to fall asleep at bedtime.
From rainfall, ocean waves or pink, green and brown noise, to soft mechanical hums and ambient melodies, drum rhythms and constant tones, we’re here to help neurospicies find their balance in an often overwhelming world.
We would LOVE to have feedback and requests from you. Tell us what sounds work for you, and which don't. This will really help us.
We understand that sound is subjective; someone's heavenly sound, might be the next person's hellish sound! So we are creating as many variations of sounds we can, so that everyone will be able to find a sound that is JUST RIGHT for them.
Each episode is produced by Clare Bailey, who is herself, an autistic woman who works as a counselling psychotherapist and entrepreneurship coach.
