In this brand new episode, Natalie sits down with actor, speaker and women’s empowerment activist Sarah Jayne Dunn to talk taking back your power, healing the inner child and female strength & sensuality with pole fitness. In an open and deeply affirming conversation, Sarah shares her journey of reclaiming autonomy — over her body, her work, and her story.
