Continuing Sweeps 2025, I know that many of you have not had the opportunity to ever listen to the Jockstrap Stories podcast. I have used that show to put out my two novels as audiobooks. My original book Northridge High Football Camp, is on the podcast in its 12-chapter entirety. I just started putting out the first chapters of the sequel book, the 20-chapter The Guys of Northridge which picks up 10 months after the conclusion of the first book. This is a more comphrehensive book in that it takes the original 6 characters and gives them their own backstories and adventures, giving you a deeper understanding of the characters and their motivations.  I hope you enjoy this peek at the new book.  Thanks so much for listening to it!

I have told you many stories about my life. But what I haven't told you is there was a series of events that occured that laid the groundwork for many things to come in my life.  I am not proud of what happened, but in hindsight maybe it was all for the best. This talks about my life in elementary school and Junior High School. I will do a second part to this talking about my High School experiences in another episode. 

Today's episode is a reply to an email that I got concerning the last episode titled "Have 100 Orgasms Every Single Day!". The return of a much requested STORYTIME from a number of years ago, prior to the big 'purge' of sexual content, that I have always regretted. This STORYTIME is from when I was just 19 years old and had taken a part-time job in construction. I have always believed that one of the reasons I am still alive despite illnesses that were supposed to shorten my life, is because of my attitude and the way I look at the world. It is so easy in today's society to get all caught up in the day-to-day negative emotions that are a result of the ever-changing world and our discomfort and inability to change with it.  I found a few items on the internet that are in keeping with my philosophy and way-of-life. I wanted to share some of these with you today, and comment on how a few have affected my mindset and quest for life. The Podcast has moved to a new home! Well my friends, today I start my 10th Season of An Older Gay Guy Show! I have all kinds of plans for this season, highlighted as always by my Sweeps Period which will be for the month of August (after voting for the Podcast Awards during July). Today I start with an easy-breezy episode, which includes an edited part from one of my 'disappeared' episodes from a few years ago. This is actually what I consider a Part 2 of a video I did on An Older Gay Guy Show's YouTube channel that is titled 'Getting Over My Social Anxiety'. This podcast episode is a stand-alone show. It is not necessary to see the video prior to listening to this episode. I hope you enjoy it. I tried to have some humor in the content, but there is a serious message underlying it.
