What an absolute delight to welcome Andrew F back onto the bus, for his very own Charter Flight. And this time, not only is it personal (VERY personal at times!), but it’s also a Charter Flight with a twist. Because all the categories are based around Mr Jon Pertwee, the Third Doctor.
