todays episode is more of a rant/update episode sharing some of my thoughts and what im currently doing for my emetophobia
Todays episode is a more lighthearted fun style i wanted to try maybe something good to put in as a distraction or whatever you like!
todays episode i talk about how i realised i was forcing myself into a lot of things that i thought were helping me, i discovered i needed to take a different approach and relax a little more let things flow at their own pace, for a long time i have pushed myself really hard to hopefully get away from this phobia but i noticed i wasnt getting anywhere for awhile and i know a lot of us have been there before, i listened to myself for the first time recently and took a day off, didnt do the thing i was dreading doing and i felt really good about it i knew i wasnt letting myself down i knew i was capable but i also knew i needed to rest that day i needed to not force myself into something and this part of my healing process is about letting it flow rather than forcing everything. i hope someone finds some value in this
On this episode i talk about how eating more and exercising really made my anxiety and emetophobia way more manageable and at times not even there! it isnt without its difficulty but i believe incorporating exercise and better eating habits in your day to day life will do wonders for your brain. as always feel free to contact me via the linked socials if you have any questions or would like to come on the podcast!
today's episode is a little more structered than the usual, i talk about how avoidance has hurt my progress with healing my emetophobia and some ways i and others can go about breaking the cycle, i'm no stranger to avoiding scary situations i did it for years and i still have my days here and there but with repeated exposure in more controlled environments i have been able to minimize how much and what i avoid it does get better and you are not alone.
today i sort of rambled on about how slow progress can feel at times, i know it can feel like you may be trapped in the same spot for months and it can be very demotivating but any progress is progress no matter how slow and all victories will add up!

Today's epsiode is about setbacks and progress through my journey with emetophobia, what i feel and how ive handled it so far
Today i figured i would share some things i find really help me deal with my panic attacks and calm down, over the years ive learnt these things help me the most when im in a really anxious state and or having a panic attack and i hope you find some value in these as i did, remember you are not alone.
Today i touch on my experience dealing with agoraphobia along side emetophobia and some advice for anyone struggling to leave their home or safe place, using baby steps and repeated exposure to what i seen as terrifying
Today is my first episode to something i hope to grow over a long period of time, i go over a little bit about myself and my story as well as why i started this podcast, i'm very new to this format so i may be a little awkward or go off topic but i hope only to provide a safe space to talk openly about the struggles we all face and give any advice i have.
