What Cirrhosis and near Kidney Failure Taught Me Qutting Drinking. By 28 years old, I was diagnosed with alcohol-induced cirrhosis, my liver was failing, and my skin turned yellow. I was vomiting blood, hallucinating, and still couldn’t stop drinking.

After years of struggling with alcohol addiction, failed attempts to stop drinking, and the emotional toll of living in a toxic cycle, I finally hit rock bottom. Alcohol was destroying my health, damaging my relationships, and robbing me of my future.
