For our first episode, my friend selma interviewed me and helped me introduce the podcast!
We talked about the cycle seasons of our bodies and the wild journey of embodiment.
We explored how trauma patterns like disassociation, fight, flight, freeze, fawn are part of the genius of our bodies in helping us survive, but can be patterns that we’re stuck in that can cut off access to pleasure and joy.
I shared about my experiences with anxiety, depression, reprogramming my nervous system, and learning how to be in better relationship with my body through auto-immune symptoms, and chronic health issues.
Our bodies are incredible fascinating universes of consciousness, our cells, our unique fluid bacterial microbiomes, water, and space.
Our bodies are interconnected with nature. Our healing has to happen individually and collectively, on the spiritual and physical dimensions.
Tune in if you like talking about bodies, healing, pleasure, and expanding through our connection to our bigger earth body.
