This episode gets real and hilarious. We break down Herbert’s bachelor party adventures and why he’s on a mission to lose weight before his wedding. Don't worry Jonathon is keeping him accountable at the gym. Plus, we uncover a shocking fact: Enrique has never been to Disneyland. Who’s ready to make his dream come true? He promises to buy his own ticket .
We talked about how summer is almost over, how expensive everything feels, and why Depop is the move for running or hiking shoes. We also got into those Amazon return shops that are way too addicting. And of course, Enrique only eats protein but no flavor, just straight calories.
This week we talk all things music—what we bump in the car, at the gym, and during chill nights. But things get wild when Herbert reveals how he “finishes” his chicken fingers (hint: it involves some next-level sauce commitment). We also recap our kickball tournament—good times, good people, and just a little post-game soreness. More Baddies events are coming soon, so stay tuned!
The Baddies’ first-ever coed episode is here, and it was a blast! The girls might’ve been a little louder (sorry, not sorry), while the guys… mostly listened—jk! We dove into Pilates, Love Island drama, and surprisingly, how many meals you can sneak cottage cheese into. Turns out, loading up on protein isn’t so bad—especially if you’re aiming for that 1:1 body weight-to-protein ratio.Plus, don’t miss our Kickball Tournament, and here’s your weekly reminder: make your loved one coffee and breakfast at least once a week. Doesn’t have to be gourmet—it's the thought that counts.
Can’t believe we’re already halfway through the year. James jumped on this episode and we reflected on the past 6 months—what we’ve done, what we’re proud of, and yeah… we even gave cats a little credit (don’t @ us). Also, the new McDonald’s snack wrap is back and it kinda stole the show. If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you doing?
In this episode, the Baddies dive into the wild side of Strava — the fitness app that somehow became part GPS tracker, part social media soap opera. From low-key stalking to unexpected flirting, this app has seen it all. But don’t get it twisted — it’s also a powerful tool for keeping tabs on your fitness journey. We also take it back to our very first jobs in high school and share some throwback stories. Plus, we talk about Herbert’s impressive transformation — dropping from 220 to 170 in just a year and a half. Thanks to running and a slightly better diet, even his walk changed.
This week we ranked our favorite water brands (yes, we take hydration seriously). Baddie #6 aka Nick came through and joined the convo. Jonathon finally biked up Santa Anita to Adams Pack Station—it’s been a year since the road reopened! We also talked about checking in on friends and family affected by the I.C.E. raids. If you’re heading to a protest, call Ronnie—but park a few blocks away!
What if the Baddies all lived together? Chaos, carbs, and questionable grocery choices. In this hilarious episode, we break down what we’d cook for each other, what ends up in our shopping carts, and how some of us are still living on the “young diet” (aka fast food 24/7). As we get older, our bodies beg for veggies—but let’s be real, fries still hit. And don’t miss Ronnie’s infamous grocery list… it screams hangover vibes but comes with SPF. Tune in—you’re not ready.
