This is a podcast created by RBAI. The main focus will be on the topic of well-being and will feature senior pupils, teachers with pastoral responsibilities and alumni. The episodes will aim to provide advice and guidance on managing well-being, making the most of opportunities at school and peoples' favourite memories of RBAI.

Martin, a past pupil of both Inchmarlo and RBAI (1963–1978), Chairman of the Odyssey Trust, and current RBAI Board member, discusses his experiences with well-being, building resilience, and the importance of stepping outside your comfort zone.Martin also hosts The Pick Three Show and In the Footsteps of Giants podcasts.
Gary, a past head boy at Inst, is the current Team Physician for the Australian National Rugby Team. In this episode we hear about his playing and medical careers in Oceanic Rugby, as well as how he keeps on top of personal and team wellbeing.
The Principal, Janet Williamson, discusses her views on productivity habits, RBAIs unique community bond and her evolving leadership. We also explore the importance of student and staff Wellbeing, alongside some useful resources and tips.
Final Episode of Season One is Inst alumni and current staff member Mark Gleghorne. In the podcast he discusses his journey from Inst through professional Hockey and his Olympic Journey.

Episode four is an interview with Michael Lowry. Michael discusses his time at Inst and how player wellbeing is now playing a key role in development off and on the pitch.
Content Warning: Contains content on the topic of bereavement that some younger audience members may find upsetting.Episode three is an overview of the schools pastoral system with Mrs. Muise, the school's Pastoral VP, and an Interview with Andy Watt. Andy is an Instonian who sadly had to deal with bereavement during his time at RBAI when he lost his mother during the run up to the 2005 School's Cup final and how he dealt with the loss.
Episode two is an interview with Jonny Beckett. He talks through his experiences after leaving Inst and how well being plays a huge role in the running of his business and general ethos.
Episode one is an interview with our Head Boy, George Craigan. He provides his top tips on Well-Being as well as highlighting the value of extra-curricular activities at RBAI.
