Marc was put in the guest chair for this episode to talk abut his South Korean football love: Incheon United. To help him delve into all things Incheon, Matt brought along Asian football expert John Duerden - writer for the Guardian and a regular voice on 5Live's World Football Phone-in (plus much more). 20 years on from Incheon United being a game away from winning the K-League, Marc reflected on his early years watching football in South Korea - the fan culture, the stadiums and the food. Plus, John discussed his own links to Incheon United and some of his many anecdotes from his time covering the league.

A regular on Football Weekly and On the Continent, Lars Sivertsen joined us to chat about football in his homeland of Norway. It was a long journey for Wales fans travelling to Kazakhstan last month, but none did the trip quite like our guest John McAllister. Starting from his hometown of Barry in South Wales, John travelled overland to the Kazakh capital of Astana over 5,000km over five weeks. In fair Verona we lay our scene for this week’s episode, as we were joined by Richard Hough. Richard has lived in Verona for the past 15 years and is a season ticket holder at Hellas Verona. His love for the club led to him writing the book ‘Verona Campeone: the Miracle of 85’ which came out this year - a book chronicling the team that won an unlikely Scudetto in 1985. We talked about the book, some of the great characters to feature for Hellas Verona for that Scudetto triumph - and over the years since - and why Bentegodi is a great place to watch football, even if the stadium is a bit battered and ruined.

Justin Walley has travelled the world as a football fan and a football coach - whether that be forming a football club in Riga or managing Matebeleland in the CONIFA World Cup, Justin has plenty of stories to tell. We discussed his storied adventures as a coach, but we focused on his latest venture: coaching the Marshall Islands - the last nation in the world to have a national football team. Travelling across the world to coach in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the ups and downs of helping to build a national team from scratch and being on the bench for the nation's first ever matches in Arkansas - Justin told us quite a tale of his time with the Marshall Islands.

Joining us to discuss his beloved Brøndby IF was Danish journalist Toke Theilade - a writer for several publications, but who also runs the Brøndby fan website Vilfortpark.dk. After discussing the city of Copenhagen and some of the football within it, we headed to the suburbs to chat about the experiences of a Brøndby fan and all the ups and downs that comes with that.
