She’s the one who picked him up, cared for him, and gave him the chance to start again.When I met Max, something changed in me forever. It was instant — like he had been waiting for me all along. And now, years later, I can tell you with all my heart — adopting a rescue dog doesn’t just change their life… it changes yours in ways you could never imagine.Across North America, shelters are overflowing. So many dogs — young and old, big and small — are waiting for someone to give them a second chance. This month, and every month, I hope this episode inspires you to visit your local shelter, consider fostering, or even adopt a dog who needs you.Because every rescue has a story.
