In the second episode of of Supporting Resilience in Healthcare, we focus on those who actively care for the elderly, both professional and informal caregivers. The discussion between associate professor Daniel Adrian Lungu and PhD candidate Maha Kamran addresses the challenges that caregivers face across Europe and in Norway, investigating causes and hypothesising possible future scenarios. The episode sets the ground for the data collected by the Support4Resilience project and findings will be made available in a new episode after the data has been analysed.

In this first episode of Supporting Resilience in Healthcare, we introduce the Support4Resilience project—an EU-funded initiative dedicated to strengthening resilience and mental wellbeing in elderly care.
