Niall Ratcliffe is the CEO and co-founder of noticed., the UK's leading LinkedIn agency. After recognising the opportunity LinkedIn presented before most businesses had fully embraced it, he quit his job to build an agency with his brother from the ground up. Today, noticed. works with some of Europe's fastest-growing companies and global brands, including the NHS and Ocean Beach, helping them generate leads, build authority, and grow through LinkedIn while scaling the business to over £1M ARR.
In this episode, Niall shares his journey from university and his first marketing role to building one of the UK's fastest-growing LinkedIn agencies. We discuss the realities of starting a business, hitting a £100k run rate in just 11 days, why sustainable growth comes from consistently doing the small things, and how they earned the trust of major brands. We also explore how LinkedIn has evolved, where it's heading next, and Niall's practical advice for finding clients, standing out in your career, and spotting opportunities before everyone else.
