Description
Welcome to the chat! Three Peas and a Pod is your invitation into the fun, unfiltered, and sometimes deep conversations straight from the 3 Peas. Hosted by three best friends (Erin, Josie, and Coco) each episode we’ll bring you: a purpose – a deep (or totally unserious) dive into the topic of the week, a praise – a moment of faith and encouragement, and a pop culture moment – because we always have thoughts on those. Whatever it may be, there’s always room for you in the group chat!

This week’s episode is all about boundaries and Golden Globe moments. We kick things off with a deeper conversation about boundaries. We talk about why they matter, how they show up in relationships, and the ways we’re learning to set and respect them in our own lives. We talk about advice Josie was given about boundaries that really caused us to reflect on potentially selfish boundaries we have set in our own lives. Then we switch gears and jump right into the Golden Globes glamour. We break down our favorite red carpet looks, gush over Timothée Chalamet’s big win and talk about Hailee Steinfeld’s stunning pregnancy look. From emotional growth to Hollywood headlines, it’s a mix of deep talk and pop culture you won’t want to miss.Follow for more fun on Instagram (@threepeas.podcast), TikTok (@threepeas.podcast) and on YouTube (@threepeas.podcast) for the full video version of our episodes! There's always room for you in the group chat 🫛
This week’s episode is a personality deep-dive, with a lot of pop culture updates. We’re breaking down the enneagram chart and how we use it in our lives. The real fun is seeing if you can guess which one of us is the 2, the 6, and the 7. Then we pivot to another important topic: the Five Love Languages. We share our overall thoughts, our personal favorites, and ways we use them in our friendships and relationships. Then we get right into pop culture, unpacking which celebrity couples are consciously and subconsciously coupling and uncoupling (if you know you know). We give our stamp of approval to Michelle Randolph and Glen Powell's new relationship, we send our love to Joe Jonas and Tatiana Gabriela, and reminisce on the golden time in history where every girl in the world thought Nick Jonas was dying of diabetes. Last but not least we give our piping hot takes about the major mom drama that erupted from Ashley Tisdale's TWO blog posts about her ex celebrity mom group (including Mandy Moore, Meghan Trainer and Hillary Duff). While the internet is ablaze with opinions, you can guarantee we are too. So buckle in. It’s self-reflection, celeb chaos, and hot takes all in one episode. Join us as we discuss the new year, new theories, and very bold predictions! In this episode, we’re diving headfirst into our 2026 predictions, covering everything from pop culture chaos to what we think the next year holds for us personally. We get speculative (and maybe a little delusional) as we predict who Alix Earle might date next (yes, we have to talk about her night out with Tom Brady), who we think will take home Grammy wins this year, and which trends, couples, and other moments will define 2026. We then talk even more pop culture with headlines everyone’s talking about. We cover Chase Stokes and Kelsea Ballerini's hard launch for the third time, Zach Bryan getting married, and the Fanning sisters officially starring together in The Nightingale. It’s part pop culture breakdown, part vision board, and 100% our favorite way to kick off a new year. Tune in, agree with us (or don’t), and let’s see how wrong—or right—we are about 2026!Follow for more fun on Instagram (@threepeas.podcast), TikTok (@threepeas.podcast) and on YouTube (@threepeas.podcast) for the full video version of our episodes! There's always room for you in the group chat 🫛
Join us in this cozy, in person episode straight from Erin's living room where we bring all the Holiday vibes. This week, we’re catching up on Christmas and then spend the episode sharing our New Year’s resolutions, including our personal, fitness, finance, travel, and hobby goals. We talk about it all, from what we’re hoping to bring into the new year, to what we might leave behind (aka our friend chat gpt). Plus, we dive into some pop culture moments that absolutely could not be ignored—Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes following each other again and the rumors that they might be dating for a third time. We end our pop culture segment with our reactions to the new Stranger Things episodes. SPOILER ALERT: We share what we loved, what surprised us, our theories, and how emotionally unprepared we may or may not be for what’s coming next. We end this episode emotionally as we reflect on what we're most proud of from 2025! Grab a snack or coffee, get comfy, and ring in the new year with us! We’re embracing the holiday season in this cozy, festive episode. We kick things off by going through our Spotify Wrapped (and Apple Music Replays if you’re an apple girly like Erin). From our top artists to our most-played tracks, we’re comparing notes, laughing at our questionable listening habits, and fully embracing the musical chaos of the year. Next, we’re sharing what’s on our holiday wishlists—everything we’re hoping to find under the tree, and the fun, feel-good gifts that are bringing us seasonal excitement. Don’t miss Coco and Erin’s on-going drama about who is getting who gifts this year. Then it’s time for a pop culture catch-up lightning round as we revisit all the headlines we missed while on our break. And of course, we end with our praises: the things we’re loving, grateful for, and celebrating as we head toward the holidays and end of the year. Grab a hot cocoa, get comfy, and join us for a warm, cheerful 2nd episode return to the pod. Hey Peapodders, we are so happy to be back after our month long break. In this deeply personal episode, we open up about the loss of Erin’s mom Dawn, who passed away after a year long battle with pancreatic cancer. This episode is near and dear to our hearts as Dawn was not only Erin’s mom, but a second mom to both Josie and Coco. We share vulnerably about grief and how it’s shown up for us, how it’s changed us, and what the past year of her life looked like as she fought with courage and grace. We understand this episode may be a difficult listen for others who have experienced a loss like this, or who are currently going through it. Please discern whether this episode is for you! We also want to acknowledge that these are our thoughts, feelings, and processings around this experience and that it may differ from others. Dawn wanted her life to be celebrated so we also spend time sharing stories and tributes- the little moments, the funny memories, the lessons she left behind, and the parts of her that will always stay with us. This conversation is vulnerable and full of love, and it explains why we took a step back from recording to process and support one another. If you’ve experienced loss or are supporting someone who has, we hope this episode brings comfort, connection, and a reminder that none of us move through grief alone. Thank you for holding space for us—and for honoring her with us.Follow for more fun on Instagram (@threepeas.podcast), TikTok (@threepeas.podcast) and on YouTube (@threepeas.podcast) for the full video version of our episodes! There's always room for you in the group chat 🫛

This week, we’re catching up on life and diving into some very important topics—like how the Halloweentown budget was actually way bigger than we thought. We’re ranking our top overrated and underrated things from travel spots, to makeup and skincare trends, and yes… Tate McRae (Josie and Coco are not on the same page 😅). It’s a fun, lighthearted episode full of laughs and easy conversation. Plus, we talk about the Louvre heist and all the hilarious TikTok commentary—and honestly, we kind of love how we’re romanticizing it. This week, we’re embracing our inner baddies—Erin’s got a court date (don’t forget to renew your tabs!), and Coco’s fresh off getting a new tattoo. We catch up on life, tease our Halloween plans, and of course, dive into the chaos of pop culture: Benson Boone’s breakup, and the internet’s latest rabbit hole—Kat Stickler and John Mayer?? 👀 But the heart of this episode is all about church shopping. How do you find the right church community? What questions should you ask? How do you know when it’s a good fit? Whether you’re new to faith, or transitioning churches, we share our own experiences and offer some encouragement and advice for the journey. We end the episode on a deeper note, so wherever you are, on a high, in a low, or somewhere in between, know that this pod is here for you. 💛Follow for more fun on Instagram (@threepeas.podcast), TikTok (@threepeas.podcast) and on YouTube (@threepeas.podcast) for the full video version of our episodes! There's always room for you in the group chat 🫛
Pack your bags, because this week we’re heading to Europe—through Josie’s eyes! We’re getting all the in-depth details from her trip to Europe where she visited Berlin, Madrid, and Portugal, from the sweet to the funny to the most amazing moments that made it unforgettable. Tune in to hear all about girl math in Europe, the truth about sangria, and whether or not she's cut out to be a solo traveler. While we’re on the topic of European obsessions, we keep the theme going with a round of what each of us has been totally obsessed with lately. And to top it all off, we dive into another obsession: The Life of a Show Girl Album. Join us as we break down Taylor's new album and all the thoughts that come with it. We're so happy you're here!
This week we’re diving into a topic that is near and dear to our hearts as major pop culture consumers— social media consumption. Today we’re asking the million dollar question: How much is too much? From doom scrolling to comparing ourselves to the highlight reels in others lives, we’re breaking down the ways social media impacts our daily lives and where to draw the line between connection and overload. Then, in pop culture news: Harry Styles crushed a sub-3 marathon in Berlin, and Coco predicts which one she thinks he’s running next. Then, we talk about Nina Dobrev and Zac Efron being spotted vacationing together with friends and the headlines it’s created, and lastly, we’ve got the latest on Chase Stokes and Kelsea Ballerini’s relationship. Grab a coffee and join us for some deep chats and your favorite celeb updates — the perfect balance (unlike our screen time).Follow for more fun on Instagram (@threepeas.podcast), TikTok (@threepeas.podcast) and on YouTube (@threepeas.podcast) for the full video version of our episodes!Watch the full episode here. <>There's always room for you in the group chat 🫛
This week is a special episode! We’re joined by our very first guest ever… our behind-the-scenes IT guy extraordinaire, and Erin's Husband, Tyler Wear! We reminisce about their sweet love story (spoiler: it started back in middle school), talk about navigating entrepreneurship, and chat about Tyler's ability to always keep a positive attitude throughout life . For pop culture, we had to discuss The Summer I Turned Pretty finale along with the movie announcement! Yes, Tyler watched it too, and yes, he has opinions. It’s an episode full of love, laughs, and a peek into the real-life dynamic and stories that make this podcast what it is. You don’t want to miss it!
This week’s episode is extra giggly — because the peas are back in person! That’s right, Coco is in town, and we recorded this one together, live from Minnesota. We’re diving into all things motivation — how to stay motivated, and how to find it when you’re really, really not feeling it. We’ve all had those moments where motivation feels impossible to come by, so we’re sharing our honest experiences, a few laughs, and practical tips that have actually helped us push through (even on the tough days). Whether you’re starting something new or just trying to keep going, this episode is for you. Speaking of people who are trying to keep going, this week’s pop culture segment starts with Coco giving us the inside scoop on Iris Kendall and TJ Palma’s Love Island hard launch, followed by the surprising (and sad!) news of Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes’ breakup. So grab your coffee, and hang out with us as we chat, laugh, and hopefully spark a little motivation in your day!Follow for more fun on Instagram (@threepeas.podcast), TikTok (@threepeas.podcast) and on YouTube (@threepeas.podcast) for the full video version of our episodes!Watch the full episode on YouTube. It’s officially feeling like fall! So this week, we’re embracing the seasons changing by sharing our fall bucket lists and how we’re hitting the reset button as summer ends. From cozy routines and decor to our favorite (and least favorite) fall flavors, we cover it all. Things take a slightly unhinged turn as we get way too deep assigning pumpkins to our personalities (yes, someone even claims a warty gourd). Erin’s extreme pickiness makes a star appearance when we get into ranking the best fall treats, and we dish out some very hot takes on fall propaganda—what we’re loving this season, and what we’re absolutely not falling for. Then we jump into a pop culture roundup that did not disappoint: The new Dancing with the Stars cast reveal, Taylor Frankie Paul named as the new Bachelorette, and Nina Dobrev and Shaun White’s seemingly messy breakup (we were SHOOK). Grab your cider, light a cinnamon candle, and join us for good laughs as we hit the reset button.
We’re switching things up this week with a fun, chaotic, and totally unfiltered Q&A! From silly hypotheticals to random deep dives, we ask each other the kinds of questions that lead to hilarious stories, unexpected confessions, and a few gems from our high school days (specifically our fashion choices). If you’ve ever wanted to really get to know us—this is the episode. Then we talk about the event that broke the internet, and our group chat: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are ENGAGED!!! We’re calling it our royal wedding and we mean it. We talk about how we found out, our reactions, and what everyone’s saying online. Whether you’re here for the Q&A laughs, or because you're a Swiftie too, you don't want to miss this episode.
We’re back! After taking August off, we’re ready to catch up on everything we missed—personal updates, pop culture, and more. We kick things off with a recap of our unforgettable road trip to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, including a traumatizing (yet hilarious) animal encounter on night one. As for other life updates: Josie’s been moving, Erin’s perfecting her latte art, and Coco’s recovering from a double ear infection. But just as important as our own news, we dive into a jam-packed pop culture roundup—because of course all the big news dropped last month. We cover Millie Bobby Brown’s surprise adoption announcement, the Jonas Brothers’ on-stage reunion with Demi Lovato, season 3 of The Summer I Turned Pretty, and (of course) Taylor and Travis’s debut on New Heights. DISCLAIMER: This episode was recorded the day before their engagement announcement—so yes, our predictions were spot on, but a little outdated. We’re thrilled to be back, and hope you are too!Follow for more fun on Instagram (@threepeas.podcast), TikTok (@threepeas.podcast) and on YouTube (@threepeas.podcast) for the full video version of our episodes!Watch the full episode here. It’s the finale, baby! We’re closing out season 1 of 3 Peas by going back to where all the chaos started: our annual camping trips. From falling in love in Banff, Canada (ugh) to flat tires in Stanley, Idaho (double ugh) – these trips have been a highlight reel of bears, bad decisions, and the kind of memories that make you laugh so hard you can’t breathe. Just before we pack up for our 2025 trip to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, we’re looking back on it all—Josie’s semi-irrational and self-inflicted bear phobia, Erin’s lovingly brutal reminders of how clueless we’ve been every single year, and Coco’s behind-the-camera view as the group’s resident vlog editor. It’s a longer episode (bear with us, literally), but there’s no rushing through the trips that shaped our friendship. Plus, in true 3 Peas fashion, we wrap it all up with the biggest scandal of the season: Coldplay outing a cheating couple on the jumbotron. Bears, breakdowns, and betrayal—what a finale and we’ll see you in the Fall! It’s our second to last podcast of season 1, and this week, we’re breaking down what it really means to be a girl’s girl—from hyping up your friends to knowing when to call things out with love. We’re sharing our takes on how to show up for the women in your life, build supportive friendships, and create community over competition and jealousy. And speaking of competition and jealousy, it was about time we had the ultimate reality TV breakdown: we’re recapping all the drama, flings, and fan favorites from Bachelor in Paradise and Love Island USA. Who's thriving, who’s lying, and who’s going to end up together? We’ve got thoughts, tune in for the girl talk and TV drama.Follow for more fun on Instagram (@threepeas.podcast), TikTok (@threepeas.podcast) and on YouTube (@threepeas.podcast) for the full video version of our episodes! There's always room for you in the group chat 🫛
Is there anything worse than being asked the age-old ice breaker question “So, what are your hobbies?” — well yes there is, but that’s beside the point. This week we do our best at answering that question without breaking into a sweat. From hiking, to crafts, to sports and more, we try and provide a list of our current hobbies as well as some we wanna pick up. Somehow we get onto a random side tangent about Webkinz and American Girl dolls that you certainly don’t want to miss. Take a guess on how many Coco owned (hint, it’s excessive). And finally, we provide an update on the Idaho murders case that has lived rent-free in Erin and Josie’s minds.
