Rose Basulto is an evangelist and outreach leader with a deep passion for serving her community and sharing the redemptive love of Jesus Christ beyond the church walls. She has been a member of Kings Cathedral and Chapels in Antioch, California for the past four years, where she serves on the media production team and is actively involved in the Outreach Ministry.
Rose is deeply committed to street evangelism and serves with Salvation in the Streets, where she provides food, clothing, prayer, and the Gospel to individuals in need throughout her community. She is also actively involved with Pillars of Hope, a ministry dedicated to ministering to and rescuing victims of human trafficking. Through bold faith and obedience, Rose takes the Gospel into some of the most challenging environments, witnessing freedom, hope, and restored identity through the transforming love of Jesus Christ.
Meet Sherry Denise Chaquette
Sherry Denise Chaquette was born and raised in Oakland, California, the youngest child of Lacy and Willie Jean Johnson. Grounded in a legacy of faith, Sherry was introduced to Jesus by her beloved grandmother, Emma Givens, and inspired by the faithful commitment of her parents to Christ. She surrendered her life to Jesus at a young age and has continually sought to live a life that honors Him, even through seasons of struggle and redirection.
Sherry has been married to her husband, Steve, for 29 years, and they are the proud parents of two young adult children, Amari and Josiah. In January 2019, after the passing of her mother to congestive heart failure and the loss of a childhood friend to cancer, Sherry founded His Hands, His Feet, His Hugs. This heartfelt organization is dedicated to serving and supporting individuals and families who care for their loved ones.
In 2024, Sherry resumed her educational journey, pursuing online studies that led to her certification as a Home Health Aide. This milestone, which she is set to complete this year, reflects her deep commitment to integrating the love and principles of Jesus into every aspect of her work. Sherry's story is one of faith, family, purpose, and the quiet power of serving others with compassion and grace.

Buffie "True" Lafayette, a native of Brooklyn, New York, has called Northern California home for the past 23 years. She is the founder, visionary, and pastor of True Free Love Ministries. In 2015, she was ordained as both Pastor and Apostle by her spiritual overseers, Bishops Peter and Diane Robinson of ANAMN.
Pastor True holds a B.A. in Psychology from Patten University in Oakland, CA, and an M.Div. from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She is a devoted mother to one biological daughter, and also raised her niece and nephew as her own. She is the proud grandmother of three grandsons.
Her heart beats to see both men and women walking in an authentic relationship with Christ Jesus. One of the many ways she fulfills this calling is by ministering in local jails and state prisons, where she invites others into a life-transforming encounter with Jesus.

Meilanny Haney is an Oakland native and advocate, a nonprofit founder, and community leader with a heart committed to transforming lives and restoring hope. Meilanny’s lived experiences of domestic violence, ignited a lifelong passion for bridging gaps between communities, law enforcement, faith institutions, and policymakers. As a survivor, she turned her own journey to freedom into a mission to help other women and children escape dangerous environments and reclaim their lives.
In 2006, while still a college student, Meilanny was recognized as a Jefferson Award silver medalist for her public service in feeding unhoused individuals across multiple Bay Area counties. Her advocacy has also extended to supporting rehabilitated incarcerated individuals seeking relief and reintegration. Today, as the founder of From Victim to Victory, a California-based public benefit nonprofit she has developed a strategic, collaborative approach to reducing domestic violence and saving lives. Meilanny’s voice is bold, compassionate, and purpose-driven, dedicated to helping women rise, break cycles of abuse, and walk in freedom and dignity.
For over 40 years, Minister Katherine Boggess has faithfully served at Templo de la Cruz in Hayward, CA, alongside her husband, Minister Jeff Boggess. With more than three decades of outreach through prison ministry and a lifelong passion for teaching the Word, she embodies a walk with Christ that is both bold and radical.
A graduate of Bay Area Bible College and a teacher of the Gospel since the late ’90s, Minister Katherine continues to pour into her community through evangelism, mentorship, weekly home Bible studies, and a love for souls that reaches far beyond the church walls. Her bold faith, warm humor, and heart to see people living for Christ makes her a true vessel for the Kingdom.
