Digging into what mindfulness really is. I have learnt to drink champagne rather than asking for the wifi password. Live in the moment.

The final day!! Remember to set sail in that boat and live life to the fullest. Right now. Life is magical every day and you have endless opportunities in front of you so dream big and set sail. And a sign at the end that the magic really works.
You have spent the last 4 weeks showing gratitude to your family friends and the world around you but the person who deserves your gratitude more than anyone is you. Get that mirror out and appreciate the amazing individual you are. Just like my Earl.
