I’m Andy Smith, Appreciative Inquiry facilitator and trainer. I’ve been facilitating and teaching Appreciative Inquiry and related approaches for over 15 years, and I want to make them available to every leader, every coach, and every manager.



We’ll give you easy to understand explanations of how Appreciative Inquiry works, and how to use it. We’ll also have interviews with thought leaders, and practitioners using these approaches to get results in the real world – in business, health services, education, and community development.
