Beşiktaş were held to a frustrating 2–2 draw against Alanyaspor at Tüpraş Stadium, dropping vital points in the race for 4th place and European qualification — despite a jaw-dropping bicycle kick debut goal from Hyeon-Gyu Oh 🇰🇷🔥
The Black Eagles found themselves 2–0 down inside the opening 25 minutes after sloppy defensive errors, putting early pressure on the home side. However, debutant Hyeon-Gyu Oh turned the game on its head, winning a penalty after a VAR review following his first big involvement since his €14m transfer from Racing Genk.
Captain Orkun Kökçü calmly converted from the spot, scoring his fourth goal in four consecutive matches and dragging Beşiktaş back into the contest.
Just minutes later, chaos at Tüpraş Stadium.
Oh produced a stunning bicycle kick equalizer, assisted by fellow debutant Emmanuel Agbadou. The goal was initially disallowed, but after a lengthy VAR review, it was rightly given in the 54th minute — sending the stadium into eruption.
Beşiktaş pushed hard for a winner, creating multiple chances through Václav Černý and Oh once again, but Alanyaspor goalkeeper Paulo Victor delivered a heroic performance to deny the Black Eagles a late victory.
👉 Key positives from the match:
⭐ Hyeon-Gyu Oh – dream debut & world-class goal
🛡️ Emmanuel Agbadou – composed debut assist
⚡ Olaitan – energetic midfield display
🔄 Amir Murillo – promising impact off the bench
While the performance of the new signings offers real hope for the future, Beşiktaş are left disappointed to drop two points — even though rivals Göztepe also slipped up away at Konyaspor on the same day.
📺 Join us LIVE as we break down:
Tactical mistakes & defensive issues

Beşiktaş drew 1–1 away to Kocaelispor in the Turkish Cup, but the Black Eagles still finished the matchday as lone group leaders with 7 points. Both goals came from the penalty spot, as Serdar Dursun opened the scoring for Kocaelispor in the 18th minute before Orkun Kökçü stepped up in the 88th minute to rescue a point for Beşiktaş. It was Kökçü’s third goal in three consecutive games, continuing his red-hot form.
Beyond the result, this week has marked a major turning point for Beşiktaş on the transfer market. With just 24 hours left before the deadline, the club officially completed the signing of Junio Olaitan from Göztepe for €5+1m, while also securing a new striker from Racing Genk. Oh Hyeon-Gyu joins for €14+1m, becoming the first South Korean player in Beşiktaş history.
Defensively, Beşiktaş have also reached an agreement with Wolverhampton Wanderers for Emmanuel Agbadou. The 28-year-old centre-back arrives for a reported €18+2m and is expected to land in Istanbul on Friday morning.
The transfer window may not be closed just yet, as Beşiktaş are still pushing for a potential deal for Amir Murillo from Marseille, though negotiations are ongoing.
In this video, we break down the Kocaelispor vs Beşiktaş draw, analyze Orkun Kökçü’s impact, and discuss what these late transfer moves mean for Beşiktaş’s season moving forward.

Beşiktaş secured a hard-fought 2–1 home victory over Konyaspor in the Süper Lig, powered by a brilliant performance from Orkun Kökçü 🦅⚫⚪
After scoring his first goal for the Black Eagles last week against Eyüpspor, Orkun Kökçü delivered again, netting his first goal in front of the home crowd with a decisive strike in the 77th minute to seal the win at Vodafone Park.
Despite Beşiktaş dominating large spells, Konyaspor took the lead against the run of play. Former Beşiktaş forward Jackson Muleka played a perfectly weighted ball over the top to Deniz Türüç, who rounded Ersin Destanoğlu to make it 0–1 in the 23rd minute.
The Black Eagles responded before halftime when Konyaspor goalkeeper Bahadır failed to push an Orkun Kökçü shot far enough away, allowing Václav Černý to tap in the equaliser at the far post in the 34th minute.
📊 League implications:
- Beşiktaş remain 5th in the Süper Lig
- Now 6 points clear of Başakşehir in 6th
- Göztepe (4th) also won, while Trabzonspor (3rd) dropped points, tightening the race for European spots

Beşiktaş dropped more crucial points on Monday night, drawing 2–2 with Eyüpspor, and fan frustration has now reached breaking point.
Despite Orkun Kökçü scoring his long-awaited first goal for his boyhood club just 6 minutes in, the Black Eagles once again failed to control the game. Eyüpspor overturned the lead with two quick second-half goals before Cengiz Ünder equalized in the 76th minute. The result leaves Beşiktaş 5th on 33 points, missing a major opportunity to close the gap on 4th-placed Göztepe, who drew against Fenerbahçe. Başakşehir now close in on 29 points, tightening the race further.
Beyond the pitch, the situation is even more alarming. Beşiktaş have now let go of 8 players in the January window without officially signing a single replacement, leaving the squad significantly weaker than it was in December. Fans are openly calling for the resignation of club president Serdal Adalı, who took office in late 2024 and has once again failed to deliver on repeated transfer promises.
Adalı promised:
4–5 signings before the training camp – none arrived
2–3 transfers by Friday – still none arrived
Strengthening in January 2025, Summer 2025, and now January 2026 – all unmet
An exit from the Bank Union agreement – not delivered
Patience has run out. Supporters see this as the latest chapter in a long list of broken promises and failures, with many now demanding Serdal Adalı step down immediately. A growing section of the fanbase is even calling for the return of former president Fikret Orman.
There is movement on the transfer front at last, however. Tammy Abraham’s move is close to becoming official, with 19-year-old Aston Villa centre-back Yasin Özcan expected to arrive in Istanbul on Tuesday evening as part of the deal. The left-footed defender is set to become Beşiktaş’ first January signing—far later than promised.

Beşiktaş end 2025 with two important wins, closing the first half of the season on a positive note 🇹🇷🦅
The Black Eagles edged past Çaykur Rizespor 1–0 in their final Süper Lig fixture before the break. While not a spectacular performance, it was a valuable and necessary win that helped Beşiktaş reach 29 points from 17 matches at the halfway stage of the season.
The bigger statement came in the Turkish Cup group-stage opener, where Beşiktaş defeated arch-rivals Fenerbahçe 2–1 away from home. A dramatic stoppage-time winner completed a brace for Václav Černý, sealing a hard-fought derby victory in challenging circumstances.
Both matches were played with key players missing on both sides, due to injuries and AFCON call-ups, adding extra context to the performances and results.
Beşiktaş last lifted the Türkiye Kupası in 2023, and this opening win sets the tone for their latest cup campaign.

Beşiktaş were held to a dramatic 3–3 draw away to second-placed Trabzonspor in a thrilling Süper Lig clash that had everything: goals, VAR controversy, a red card, and late drama.
The Black Eagles started the match in devastating fashion. Tammy Abraham opened the scoring in the 18th minute before Václav Černý doubled Beşiktaş’ lead just five minutes later — both goals assisted by El-Bilal Touré in a blistering opening spell.
Trabzonspor responded almost immediately as Ernest Muçi, on loan from Beşiktaş, pulled one back just two minutes later following another costly defensive error from Gökhan Sazdağı* However, Černý struck again in the 31st minute, restoring Beşiktaş’ two-goal cushion and silencing the home crowd once more.
The match turned decisively in the 37th minute when El-Bilal Touré was shown a red card after a controversial VAR intervention — a moment that completely shifted the momentum.
Despite holding firm until half-time, Beşiktaş were unable to withstand Trabzonspor’s second-half pressure. In the 63rd minute, a chaotic scramble in the box following a Zubkov effort — bouncing around like a pinball — resulted in the goal being credited to Oulai.
Then, in the 84th minute, Zubkov struck again from the edge of the area to salvage a point for Trabzonspor, keeping their title hopes alive despite dropping points at home.
🎙️ In this livestream, we break down:
* Beşiktaş’ explosive first-half performance
* Václav Černý’s standout display
* El-Bilal Touré’s red card and VAR controversy
* Defensive mistakes that proved costly
* What this result means for the Süper Lig title race

Beşiktaş’ winless run at the Tüpraş Stadium continues… The Black Eagles drop more crucial points after a 2-2 draw against Burak Yılmaz’s Gaziantep Futbol Kulübü in the Süper Lig on Monday night.
El-Bilal Touré and Tammy Abraham scored for Beşiktaş, while Bayo netted twice for Gaziantep. With Göztepe and Samsunspor both losing earlier in the weekend, this was a massive missed opportunity for Beşiktaş to climb the table.
After 15 matchdays, Beşiktaş now sit 5th in the Süper Lig with 25 points — level with Samsunspor and just behind Göztepe in 4th. But the bigger story? The stadium erupted again with “Yönetim İstifa!” chants as pressure mounts not only on the board, but also on head coach Sergen Yalçın.
Can Beşiktaş turn their season around? How much longer can the board survive fan unrest? We break down the game, the atmosphere, and what comes next for the Black Eagles.

Beşiktaş leave Atatürk Olympic Stadium with a convincing 0-2 victory
over bottom-of-the-table Fatih Karagümrük! ⚫⚪
Goals from Jota Silva and El-Bilal Touré sealed the three points
— but could this scoreline have been even bigger?
Captain Orkun Kökçü returned to the starting XI after suspension and immediately dictated the tempo. His early corner set up a huge chance for Jota Silva, but Ivo Grbić denied it. Moments later, Kökçü and Václav Černý combined from a short corner routine, and this time Jota made it 0-1 with a clinical finish into the bottom corner. 🎯
The second half saw Cengiz Ünder win — and take — a penalty, but Grbić saved it. Should Kökçü have stepped up instead? 🤔
Ünder made up for it quickly, assisting El-Bilal Touré for the 0-2.
Beşiktaş even found a stoppage-time goal through Demir Ege Tiknaz, but it was overturned due to a marginal offside by Tammy Abraham.
A deserved win for Sergen Yalçın's men, who could’ve easily scored more against a struggling Karagümrük side.

Fans are frustrated with the club’s ongoing media leaks and the destabilizing effect of these tactics, as the situation now dubbed “Rafa Gate” reaches a boiling point.

Beşiktaş collapse at home after throwing away a 2-0 lead against
Fenerbahçe in one of the wildest derbies of the season. El-Bilal Touré (5’) and Emirhan Topçu (22’) put the Black Eagles in control early, but a reckless red card from Orkun Kökçü in the 25th minute changed
everything.
Fenerbahçe capitalized — Marco Asensio equalized before halftime, and Jhon Durán punished a late mistake from Emirhan Topçu to seal a 3-2 comeback win at Tüpraş Stadium. This marks Fenerbahçe’s first-ever remontada from 2-0 down against Beşiktaş in their rival’s home ground.
Kaan Bayazit, Sinan Schwarting, and Kartal Ogur break down:
⚫ What went wrong after Kökçü’s red card
🟡 Fenerbahçe’s tactical switch and Asensio’s influence
⚫ Emirhan Topçu’s costly back pass to Ndidi
🟡 Jhon Durán’s pressing masterclass
⚫ What this means for Beşiktaş’s title hopes

Beşiktaş dropped two crucial points against their “black sheep” rivals Kasımpaşa, despite creating nearly 3.0 xG worth of chances in a frustrating 1-1 draw at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium.
⚽ Match Summary:
The Black Eagles started brightly as Václav Černý set up Cengiz Ünder for a fifth-minute opener. But the momentum shifted after Tammy Abraham’s weak penalty was saved by Gianniotis, who has now stopped three of his last four spot-kicks. Seconds later, Cláudio Winck equalized with a header on the counterattack. Kasımpaşa even thought they’d earned a penalty through Cafú, but VAR correctly overturned the call for simulation.
In the second half, Rıdvan Yılmaz, Tiago Djaló, El-Bilal Touré, and
Wilfred Ndidi all came close but failed to convert, leaving Beşiktaş
fans disappointed as the team left with only a single point.
📊 Final Score:
Kasımpaşa 1–1 Beşiktaş
⚽ Ünder (5’) | ⚽ Winck (33’)

Beşiktaş bounce back! ⚫⚪ In this live post-match analysis, Sinan
Schwarting, Kaan Bayazit, and Kartal Ogur break down Sergen Yalçın’s Beşiktaş 2-0 win over Konyaspor — a gritty, hard-fought victory that may not have been pretty, but got the job done.
Sergen made bold lineup calls after the disappointment against
Gençlerbirliği, benching Mert Günök for Ersin Destanoğlu, giving
19-year-old Taylan Bulut his first start, and relying again on Gabriel
Paulista, Milot Rashica, and Devrim Şahin due to registration limits.
Beşiktaş took the lead through Wilfred Ndidi’s first goal for the club, heading home from an Orkun Kökçü corner, before Tammy Abraham sealed it after a shocking Konyaspor goalkeeper blunder. While the football was far from fluid, Emirhan Topçu and the defense held strong as Sergen’s men “sh*thoused” their way to three crucial points.
Join us as we discuss:
🔥 Sergen Yalçın’s tactical approach
🔥 Ersin Destanoğlu replacing Mert Günök
🔥 Taylan Bulut’s long-awaited re-debut
🔥 Ndidi’s first Beşiktaş goal
🔥 Tammy Abraham’s persistence
🔥 What this win means for Beşiktaş’s season

Oh sh*t... here we go again! 😩
Beşiktaş suffer a shocking 1-2 defeat at home to cellar-dwellers
Gençlerbirliği, who were winless on the road all season in the Süper
Lig.
After Cengiz Ünder opened the scoring on his first start for the Black Eagles (assisted by Rafa Silva), everything fell apart in just a few chaotic minutes.Between the 79th and 81st minutes, David Jurásek scored an unlucky own goal and Tongya stunned Tüpraş Stadium with a quick second — flipping the match on its head.
With Tammy Abraham, Václav Černý, and Ünder already subbed off, Beşiktaş looked toothless in attack as Rashica and Mustafa Hekimoğlu failed to make an impact. It was another frustrating night for fans, as Beşiktaş once again dropped points against a relegation-threatened side — extending this painful banter era.
🎙️ Join Kaan Bayazit, Sinan Schwarting, and Kartal Oğur as they break down:
What went wrong in Beşiktaş vs Gençlerbirliği
Why the subs completely killed the attack
Cengiz Ünder’s first start and goal
Tammy Abraham & Václav Černý’s disappointing performances

Beşiktaş returned to Tüpraş Stadium with a crucial 3-1 victory over
Kocaelispor in the Süper Lig. The Black Eagles started on fire, scoring twice inside the opening 10 minutes. Rafa Silva struck first after just 4 minutes, before Václav Černý capitalized on a goalkeeper error to double the lead and grab his first goal for Beşiktaş.
Kocaelispor fought back early in the second half as former Beşiktaş man Tayfur Bingöl pulled one back with a long-range strike that Mert Günok couldn’t keep out. The visitors stayed in the game until late on, when Jota Silva powered home a header from a corner for the third goal. Although it may go down as an own goal by Syrota, it marked Jota’s first big moment in black and white.
With this win, Beşiktaş climb to 5th place in the Süper Lig table with
12 points from their first 6 matches – and importantly, they still hold a game in hand over their top-five rivals.
🔥 Key Moments:
⚽ Rafa Silva scores after 4 minutes
⚽ Václav Černý nets his first for Beşiktaş
⚽ Tayfur Bingöl scores against his former club
⚽ Jota Silva / Syrota own goal seals it
