Cosmic Heartline launched into the public space on February 12, 2025. Since then, a lot has happened. Dr. Tracy Rainwaters returns to the pod!
She joins me in conversation as we reflect on the evolution of the death process. Tracy became integral to the unfolding of Phoenix's death transition, and she joins me in sharing how Phoenix's energy and communication evolved as she approached the threshold of her death. Tracy shares some more of her own reflections in the wake of the unexpected death of her beloved dog Soonie, and we also speak of grief, surrendering to the process, and the personal journeys we've each had as a result of our individual grief processes.

In what is probably my most rambly podcast yet, I reflect on Time in the death process - our relationship with it, the role it can play, the weight we can choose to give it (or lay down). These thoughts are far from polished, but I decided to publish this episode anyway: inviting you all in to my own personal process with grief and the death process. Perhaps, if nothing else, it reminds us all that it's never neat and tidy, but a process of flow, trust, and diving deep within.
