Description

I want to talk about trauma and PTSD. I want to talk about mental struggles. I want to talk about Traumatic Brain Injury. These are hard things that will be difficult and at times make us uncomfortable, but they are all important subjects. Please join me on this journey. I will share my story. I will be extremely vulnerable and authentic. I will interview both survivors and experts so that we all can learn and grow. This is for survivors, caregivers, and those that are just curious and want to learn more. I want everyone to understand that you do not have to suffer alone.
