Have you ever felt art speak to you? Not just visually, but energetically?
In this conversation, I welcome back my wonderful friend Willow Shire, spiritual artist and galactic ambassador, to explore how spirit art can awaken healing, connection and authenticity.
Willow’s work bridges multi dimensions (from dragons and Sasquatch to angelic and galactic realms) and carries energetic “codes” that activate deeper levels of self-awareness. Together, we talk about how art can open portals and how to trust your own multidimensional experiences. We also explore what it means to live in energetic sovereignty, which is a big part of Willow's work.
And as a special bonus, Willow does a live spirit art session during our chat - a beautiful gift to the collective that has the power to activate connection and sovereignty within you.
If you'd like to receive your own copy to print out and receive, email us at hello@becomingspiritual.me and Natalie will send you a copy.
We hope you enjoy the episode!

Have you ever felt called to follow a new path? One that your logical mind can’t explain, but your soul keeps nudging you toward?
In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Liz Lehman, a board-certified anesthesiologist and founder of Aluminate Life, a luxury wellness brand that blends the science of scent with the energetic healing of crystals and essential oils.
After two decades in medicine, a series of life-changing challenges led Liz to step away from the operating room and reimagine her path. What began as a personal exploration of candles has evolved into a thriving business built around intention and authenticity.
In our conversation, Liz shares what it means to live a soul-led life, how she bridges science and spirituality through her work, and the moment she decided to “come out of the spiritual closet”, publicly embracing her experiences as a galactic channel.
Join us in unpacking how we can break free from old identities and create a business (and a life) that reflects your soul’s calling.

In this second part of my explant story, Natalie and I shift from the personal to the educational, exploring what I’ve learned about Breast Implant Illness (BII), the healing process, and what I wish I had known before ever getting implants.
When I started researching BII, I began connecting the dots between so many things I had been experiencing, like gut issues, inflammation, low blood pressure, and a constant sense that something just wasn’t right in my body. Like so many women, my symptoms were often dismissed or misunderstood, and I had to learn to trust my intuition above all else.
In this episode, I share what I discovered about how implants can affect our health, the questions I wish I’d asked before getting them, and the importance of listening to your body’s signals. We also talk about recovery after explant and the importance of having support as you move through the healing process.
My hope is that this conversation helps you feel more informed and empowered, whether you have implants, are considering them, or are simply on your own path toward deeper self-awareness and healing.
x Heather
P.S. If you haven’t already, I recommend listening to Part 1 of this two-part series where I share my breast explant story.

In this first of a two-part conversation, I’m sitting in the guest seat to share something deeply personal: my explant journey.
For around 15 years, I lived with breast implants. I got them for reasons I understand now with a lot more compassion - to feel more confident, more “enough.” But over time, my body and spirit began to speak in ways I could no longer ignore, through the physical symptoms of Breast Implant Illness, and the inner voice that telling me I was ready to let them go.
This episode isn’t just about surgery; it’s about self-awareness, healing, and the courage to listen to your body’s quiet wisdom. In this raw and personal conversation, Natalie and I explore what led me to get implants, what ultimately guided me to remove them, and the emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation that followed.
My hope in sharing this story is to inform, empower, and remind you that your body is always communicating with you, and that coming home to yourself, in all your natural wholeness, is the most powerful act of self-love there is.
I hope you enjoy the episode, and I encourage you to share it with anyone in your world who may benefit from hearing it.
Thank you for receiving my story with love. I’m so grateful for you.

In this episode, I sit down with my good friend Emily Frieze-Kemeny, for an honest, myth-busting conversation about meditation. We explore what meditation really is, why it matters, and how to make it work in real life—even with a busy schedule, noisy household, or racing mind.
Emily shares her personal journey with meditation, including her experience with transcendental meditation. We talk about the science-backed benefits, why it’s more accessible than you might think, and how meditation can be a practical, powerful tool for grounding, healing, and tuning in.
Whether you’ve never meditated before, or you’re looking to deepen your practice, this conversation will meet you where you're at and help you redefine what meditation can look like for you.

Spirituality means different things to different people. In this episode, I'm joined by Spiritual Sidekick Natalie for a candid discussion on the many ways spirituality manifests in our lives. We discuss personal relationships with the divine, the fluidity of belief systems, and how spirituality intersects with religion (or doesn’t). We also talk about the importance of love, connection, and compassion, and why spiritual growth happens in its own time. Whether you're just beginning your spiritual journey or deep in exploration, this conversation invites you to define spirituality in a way that resonates with you.
