Description
Stilgherrian and Snarky Platypus expand your horizons by introducing you to a wider range of music both new and old, and judging your own lame music tastes.
Each episode they’ll play a few tunes, invite supporters to “Recommend a Song to Us”, and even ask them to send in a three-song playlist and “We Will We Will Judge You”. But it’ll cost.
There are also Sunday Single episodes, where one or other of them introduces a single piece of music — not necessarily one released as a single. On Sunday. Obviously.
Thanks to a crowdfunding campaign we have a proper music license, but unfortunately on most platforms the terms of the license restrict listening to Australia and New Zealand. Outside those two countries, you can listen to Another Untitled Music Podcast on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwzG8y9iemJSFclDgt-L2e9tzQMfwKKi_

A new feature! A Sunday Single is a mini-episode when either Snarky Platypus or Stilgherrian choose a single track — not necessarily released as a single — and highlight its delights. To kick it off, it’s Stilgherrian with a tune from Korean collective Balming Tiger in collaboration with Japan’s ATARASHII GAKKO!, titled 나란히 나란히 Narani Narani. We’re pretty sure that translates into English as “Side by Side”. It was released in June 2025.The press release describes it thus: “Inspired by memories of carefree days on the playground, ‘Narani Narani’ is a psychedelic folk anthem that defies genre and national boundaries.” Enjoy. This episode was recorded on 9 November 2025. Snarky Platypus and Stilgherrian return to that park in North Sydney to record another uninformative trailer for their new podcast. Please ignore the squealing child. They’ll be recording two pilot episodes in the coming weeks, just as soon as the paperwork is done for the music license. And despite the time that's elapsed since this trailer was posted, the first pilot will appear by the end of April 2025. Promise.
