We’re diving headfirst into our fashion hot takes! We get into what’s actually worth splurging on and where saving makes sense, from coats, bags, denim, and shoes to the everyday pieces you reach for over and over again. There’s plenty of talk about designer outlet wins, high–low dressing, airport outfits, Sambas, barrel jeans, athleisure fatigue, and the trends we’re loving and the ones we’re ready to move on from.
We also dive into how to get dressed when winter feels endless and your closet suddenly feels uninspiring. From layering and texture to scarves, winter whites, and the idea of dopamine dressing, we break down what actually helps you feel more put-together without chasing every trend or buying an entirely new wardrobe.
Along the way, we answer your questions on everything from skinny jeans and white shoes to whether athleisure belongs outside the gym and which bags feel timeless versus overplayed. It’s candid, opinionated, and exactly the kind of fashion conversation we’d be having if you were sitting with us.

If your January motivation is already gone (same), this episode is your reset — without the guilt spiral.
We’re joined by Senada Greca — strength coach, founder of WeRise, and yes, Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer — to break down what actually works when it comes to fitness, consistency, and building a body you feel strong in (not punished by). Because by February, most people aren’t “lazy” — they’re just burned out from setting unrealistic goals and trying to do too much too fast.
We talk about why so many women fall off their routines, how to build discipline when you don’t feel motivated, and the simple strategy shift that changes everything: start smaller than you think, stay consistent, and let it build. Senada shares her method for sustainable strength training (even if you only have 30 minutes), what to prioritize in a week, and why lifting weights won’t make you bulky — it will make you healthier, stronger, and more confident.
If you’ve been feeling like you can’t stay consistent, you don’t know where to start, or you’re tired of starting over — this episode will make you feel capable again.

Today’s episode is one every woman needs right now — because if you’re feeling distracted, exhausted, overwhelmed, or like your brain has 47 tabs open at all times… you’re not alone.
We’re joined by psychologist, behavioral scientist, and author Dr. Zelana Montminy, whose work focuses on resilience, focus, and what it actually takes to feel grounded in a world that constantly pulls at our attention. And no — this isn’t about productivity hacks or doing more. It’s about coming back to yourself.
We talk about why so many women are living in low-grade burnout without realizing it, how multitasking and being “always available” is quietly frying our nervous systems, and why distraction isn’t just a kids’ problem — it’s an adult epidemic.
Dr. Zelana breaks down how focus isn’t about grinding or optimizing — it’s about presence and intention. We get into simple, realistic shifts that actually help: micro moments of calm, rethinking your relationship with your phone, why silence matters more than you think, and how modeling regulation (not perfection) changes everything — especially for our kids.
If you’ve ever thought, Why can’t I focus anymore? Why am I so tired? Why does everything feel urgent? — this episode will leave you feeling seen, understood, and a little more grounded by the time it ends.

Today’s episode is a little different. Because lately we’ve been feeling it: the shift into your 40s and 50s is real. Friendships change. Your body changes. Your kids grow up overnight. And somehow you’re expected to keep up with all of it while also looking cute, staying calm, and being everyone’s emotional support system.
So we’re zooming out and having the unfiltered conversation about what it actually feels like to grow up in this stage of life — from navigating adult friendships (and learning how to set boundaries without guilt), to dealing with jealousy, comparison, and social media dynamics that no one talks about… but everyone feels.
We get into how to maintain close friendships when everyone is busy with work and kids, why your standards shift as you get older, and the “hard truth” that not everyone is meant to come with you into every season.
And because it wouldn’t be Lipstick on the Rim without some beauty + body talk, we’re also sharing what’s helped us feel more confident as we age.

At some point, almost every woman has the same moment: you look in the mirror and think, wait… what just happened? Your jawline looks different, your skin feels thinner or drier, your neck isn’t snapping back the way it used to — and suddenly your skincare routine isn’t working the way it always has.
We're breaking down how hormones actually show up in your skin and hair, why so many changes seem to happen “overnight,” and what’s really going on beneath the surface. From collagen loss and barrier damage to dryness, sensitivity, acne, thinning hair, and those random chin hairs no one warned us about — this is the conversation every woman wishes she had sooner.
We also cover what actually helps (and what’s mostly hype): skincare basics that still matter, in-office treatments worth considering, at-home devices, supplements, and how to think about hormone therapy without fear or overwhelm.
If you’re feeling confused, targeted by a million products, or wondering where to even start — this episode is your clear, calm guide to understanding hormone-related skin changes and making smarter, more informed choices.

If you’ve ever saved a photo of Margot Robbie or Sofia Richie as “makeup inspo," this is the episode. Celebrity makeup artist Pati Dubroff sits down with us to break down what’s actually in her makeup bag, the exact products she uses on Hollywood’s biggest faces, and—most importantly—how to recreate the look yourself.
From the red carpet to press tours to Sofia Richie’s viral wedding glam, Pati shares how she creates skin that looks like skin—never heavy, never overdone. We get into her non-negotiable skin-prep routine (microcurrent, facial massage, cold tools), why powder is the enemy as skin changes, and the cream products she swears by for glow that actually lasts.
Pati reveals her holy-grail foundations, her favorite blushes, balmy highlighters, lip liners, mascaras, and the under-$30 essentials she never travels without. She also weighs in on beauty trends worth keeping versus what to toss immediately.
Beyond makeup, we talk energy, wellness, and what it really means to feel beautiful. Consider this your go-to guide for modern glam, aging beautifully, and enhancing what you already have.

This special rerun brings back one of Molly and Emese’s most beloved conversations: a heartfelt, hilarious, and deeply human sit-down with the endlessly graceful Jennifer Garner. From early days in West Virginia and falling in love with ballet and theater to becoming the face of Alias and the ultimate rom-com queen in 13 Going on 30, Jennifer opens up about the moments that shaped her career — and her heart.
Molly and Emese chat with Jennifer about motherhood, resilience, and navigating life with humor and grace, including how she really handles hard days, why “movement is medicine,” and what it looks like to raise grounded, resilient kids while living in the spotlight. They also get into her passion for Once Upon a Farm, and the routines that keep her grounded — from nightly gratitude to her very real approach to beauty and aging.
If you’re in the mood for a conversation that feels equal parts comforting, smart, and unfiltered — the kind that reminds you grace doesn’t have to be perfect — this one’s worth another listen.

Calling all sign seekers and intuitives-in-training! Molly and Emese get spiritual (but keep it grounded and practical) with psychic medium and spiritual teacher MaryAnn DiMarco—aka “MaryAnn the Medium”—author of The Guide(s) Book: Mapping Out Life’s Journey with Spirit by Your Side. They dive into what your intuition actually is, how to decode signs from the universe, and the real difference between a psychic and a medium.
MaryAnn explains why she believes everyone is psychic, how to tell the difference between gut instinct, imagination, and anxiety, and simple ways to build a spiritual practice that feels authentic (even if you hate meditating). She also shares her idea of “habitual check-ins,” how to create a spiritual to-do list, and what it looks like to let the universe help you map your life like a guided road trip instead of a solo mission.
A conversation all about following the signs, strengthening your intuition, tapping into your own medium abilities, and discovering your purpose and life path—one message from the universe at a time.

This week Molly and Emese sit down with Crown Affair founder Dianna Cohen to talk all things hair—because let’s be honest, it’s one of the questions they get asked about most. From breakage and frizz to dry shampoo and scalp health, Dianna shares the science, ritual, and philosophy behind truly healthy hair. She opens up about how her early career at Into the Gloss shaped her love of beauty, what led her to launch Crown Affair in 2020, and why she believes great hair starts with small daily habits.
Together, they unpack the myths around sulfates, over-washing, and dry shampoo, dive into the art of air-drying without frizz, and reveal why brushing might just be the most underrated beauty ritual of all. Dianna also gives her take on hair oils, towel-drying, and how to care for your hair in different climates—Miami humidity, New York winters, and L.A. dryness included.
It’s equal parts education and inspiration, full of practical tips you can start using tonight. If you’ve ever wondered how to get shinier, stronger, healthier hair (without overcomplicating it), this episode is for you.

Sharing a new series from one of our favorite podcasts: IMO with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson. On IMO’s special series The Look, Michelle Obama opens up for the first time about her journey and legacy as a fashion icon– in and beyond the White House. Through a series of candid, intimate conversations with her longtime beauty collaborators, fashion insiders, and legendary women–including Jane Fonda, Nina Garcia, Bethann Hardison, Elaine Welteroth, Jenna Lyons, among others–she reveals how she and her team leveraged the scrutiny of her public image to boldly celebrate self-expression, inclusion, and cultural impact. What if finding “the one” doesn’t happen on the timeline you expected? From dating in your 20s to finally meeting your person in your 30s, 40s, or even 50s, this week Molly and Emese are talking love, timing, and why it’s never too late.
Molly and Emese get personal, sharing their own love stories — the heartbreaks, the false starts, the funny (and sometimes painful) lessons — and how they ultimately met their husbands later in life. They dive into what it’s really like to date when you feel “behind,” why timing matters more than age, and how to know when someone is truly right for you.
We’re covering everything from red flags and green flags to money values, emotional readiness, the “right person, wrong time” myth, and what it actually means to treat dating like a job. Whether you’re single, dating, divorced, or just discouraged, this one’s for you. Because love doesn’t run on a schedule — and sometimes, being “late” means you get exactly who (and what) you were meant for.

Why can’t women sleep? From tossing and turning through the night, to the 3AM wake-up call that feels impossible to recover from, insomnia is one of the most common issues women face — especially during perimenopause and menopause. Molly and Emese sit down with leading sleep expert Dr. Shelby Harris to unpack the science of women’s sleep and the real fixes that actually work. We cover everything from why hormones, stress, and parenting fatigue wreak havoc on REM cycles to evidence-based strategies like CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia), sleep hygiene hacks, and supplement myths. Dr. Harris also sets the record straight on the biggest viral myths — does age really mean you need less sleep? Does “before midnight” sleep count more? How much do women actually need? — and shares what every woman in her 30s, 40s, and 50s should know about protecting sleep for better brain health, mood, and longevity. Because better sleep isn’t just rest — it’s your key to sharper thinking, steadier mood, and better aging

Love this podcast, but the ads are waaaay too long.
Like the content, like the format, like the guests. Don't like how the guests often can't deliver their message without interruption. Don't care for the overuse if the f-word. Is revealing that you were able to admit to finishing a whole loaf of 'gluten free' bread. Also lit-er-ally obsssesed with how many times these words can be used in a 40-45 minute podcast. Probably won't continue with this one.
