Rather than trying to fix, control, or improve our experience, this practice invites you to rest in awareness, gently gather scattered energy, and allow steadiness to emerge on its own. Designed to support sustainability, calm focus, and nervous system ease, this meditation offers a quiet way to conserve energy and meet the present moment with less strain and more wisdom. For more meditations and teachings on January’s Energy theme, visit peacefulwellness.studio and join The PEACEFUL Path. You’re also warmly invited to our free Skool community at peacefulwellnessgroup.com, where women gather to practice awareness, rest, and gentle presence together. This 7-minute guided meditation invites you to gently notice where energy quietly drains — not through dramatic stress, but through subtle patterns of holding, effort, and tension that often feel normal over time.Rather than focusing on release or change, this practice emphasizes awareness before letting go. You’ll be guided to listen to the body with kindness, soften your relationship to effort, and create space without pressure or fixing. This meditation is especially supportive if:* your energy feels quietly depleted or heavy* you notice familiar patterns of tension or over-effort* you tend to push through instead of pausing* you want to meet stress with awareness rather than forceClearing what drains us doesn’t mean becoming lighter overnight. It means becoming more spacious, more honest, and more supported.Awareness itself begins the work.🌿 January Theme: Energy☀️ Week 2 Practice: Softening the Places We HoldFor more meditations and teachings on January’s Energy theme, visit peacefulwellness.studio and join The PEACEFUL Path. You’re also warmly invited to our free Skool community at peacefulwellnessgroup.com, where women gather to practice awareness, rest, and gentle presence together. In Week 2 of the PEACEFUL Path January theme, we begin gently exploring what drains our energy. This talk builds on the foundation of awareness we established in Week 1 and invites a deeper look at how draining energy shows up in the body, the mind, and our daily patterns. Rather than forcing release or making changes happen, we focus on noticing with kindness and allowing awareness to create space naturally.Over the last few days, I noticed my nervous system felt more dysregulated than usual — tension in my shoulders and neck, slight headaches, and thoughts looping in circles. What I realized was that something I was working on was quietly draining my energy, even though it felt familiar at first. What helped wasn’t pushing through, but slowing down, resting deeply, meditating, and listening inward — and from that place, it became clear what needed softening and what needed to be released. That’s the heart of this week’s theme: not forcing anything to let go, but gently noticing what drains us so the body and nervous system feel safe enough to loosen on their own.Clearing what drains us is not about fixing ourselves. It is about recognizing where energy leaks quietly and learning to meet those places with honesty, care, and patience. This talk offers guidance for approaching release in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and sustainable, honoring both the nervous system and your natural timing. For more meditations and teachings on this month’s CEnergy theme, visit peacefulwellness.studio and join The PEACEFUL Path. You’re also warmly invited to our free Skool community at peacefulwellnessgroup.com , where women gather to reflect, connect, and support one another during times of transition. PEACEFUL Path · January 2026 · ☀️ EnergyTalk 1: Arriving and Understanding EnergyAs we begin a new year, this first talk invites us to slow down and arrive gently.January’s theme is Energy, but not in the sense of having more energy or doing more. Instead, we begin by learning how to listen. Energy does not need to be fixed, directed, or improved in order to be understood. It simply needs our attention. In this talk, we explore what it means to arrive with awareness. We reflect on how energy shows up in the body, the breath, and the mind, and why beginning with observation rather than effort creates a more sustainable path forward. This week is about noticing before changing.Listening before acting.Allowing awareness to be the starting place. This talk sets the tone for the month and offers a gentle foundation for the practices that follow. For more meditations and teachings on this month’s Compassion theme, visit peacefulwellness.studio and join The PEACEFUL Path. You’re also warmly invited to our free Skool community at peacefulwellnessgroup.com , where women gather to reflect, connect, and support one another during times of transition.WATCH HERE Get full access to Peaceful Wellness at debphelps.substack.com/subscribe

Week 4 Talk | Compassion in the Midst of LifeThis Week 4 talk explores how compassion can support us in the middle of everyday life — especially during times of transition, busy schedules, and emotional complexity and particularly during this holiday season.Rather than asking us to rise above what’s happening or do more, this reflection invites a gentler approach: meeting ourselves and others with presence, honesty, and care as life unfolds just as it is.With the holidays often bringing mixed emotions, disrupted routines, and fatigue, this talk offers a grounded reminder that compassion doesn’t need to be perfect or performative. Kindness to Others

The PEACEFUL Path · Compassion in RelationshipIn this Week 3 talk of our December Compassion theme, we explore what it truly means to offer kindness toward others — not as something we force or perform, but as a natural extension of self-compassion and presence.Kindness doesn’t mean agreeing with everyone, fixing others, or sacrificing our own boundaries. In fact, real compassion often includes clarity, limits, and the ability to stay grounded in ourselves while remaining open-hearted in relationship. In this talk, we reflect on:• How kindness grows from self-awareness• Why compassion doesn’t require self-abandonment• What gets in the way of staying open with others• How small, everyday gestures of kindness matterThis reflection invites gentle inquiry rather than perfection, helping us stay human — together — during times of connection, challenge, and change.✨ Part of The PEACEFUL Path: Compassion — a month-long journey of meditation, reflection, and mindful living.
