Trigger Warning: This episode contains discussions of suicide, suicide attempts, depression, addiction, and mental health struggles. Please listen with care. If this topic is difficult for you, consider listening when you feel supported, or skip this episode. Mental health support resources are included below. This is one of the most personal and emotional episodes I’ve ever recorded. On Monday it would have been my dad’s 64th birthday, and this year also marks 10 years since we lost him. For this episode, I wanted to honour him by sharing part of his story, in his own words. My dad, Graziano, lived with depression and bipolar disorder for more than 25 years. In 2003, during one of his darkest moments, he attempted to take his life by setting himself on fire inside our family home. He survived with severe burns and spent months in hospital recovering. What followed was an incredible transformation. After surviving the fire, my dad dedicated his life to mental health awareness, helping other burn survivors, and supporting people struggling with depression and suicide ideation. He became involved with the Burns Foundation, participated in charity events, and spoke publicly about his experiences.Years later, he shared his story in a book published by Lifeline WA called A Glimmer of Hope.I read his chapter from the book aloud for the first time in many years. It’s confrontingIt’s rawAnd it’s deeply humanThrough his own words, my dad describes what it felt like to live with decades of depression, suicidal thoughts, addiction, shame, and emotional pain, while trying to keep up appearances to the outside world. He talks about the stigma men faced around mental health, why he felt he couldn’t ask for help, and how alcohol and substances became a way to escape the pain he carried for so long.He also shares the moment everything changed, the fire that nearly took his life, the long road to recovery, and how therapy, support, and community helped him rebuild his life.Tragically, in 2016, we lost him to suicide.Even though his story ended that way, it doesn’t erase the hope, the love, and the lessons that came from the life he lived. In this deeply personal episode, I also reflect on:The impact depression can have on families and childrenThe complicated emotions that come with suicide loss and griefHow addiction and alcohol can worsen mental health strugglesWhy conversations about suicide prevention and mental health awareness are so importantThe importance of ongoing support, boundaries, and caring for your mental health long-termMental health is not something we fix once and move on from. It’s something many of us need to care for and manage throughout our lives. My hope in sharing this episode is simple:That someone listening feels less alone. That families feel encouraged to talk openly about mental health. And that we continue working together to reduce the stigma around depression, addiction, and suicide.Because behind every statistic is a family, a story, and a life that mattered. If sharing my dad’s story can help even one person reach out for help, then this conversation is worth it.You are never a burden. You are never alone. And there is always someone who cares. If you or someone you love is struggling, please reach out for help.Mental Health SupportAustralia: Lifeline: 13 11 14Suicide Call Back Service: 1300 659 467If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services. If this episode resonated with you, I’d love to hear from you.Connect With Jasmine📍 Insta:https://www.instagram.com/jasminelisciottoofficial📍 Podcast Insta:https://www.instagram.com/lifebizandallthatjazz📍 TikTok:https://www.tiktok.com/@lifebizandallthatjazz📍 YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/@JasmineLisciottoSharing stories like this helps break the stigma around mental health. What if unhappiness was enough? In this episode of Life, Biz & All That Jazz, Jasmine sits down with divorce coach Taylor Beck for a powerful, honest conversation about marriage, motherhood, identity, and the courage it takes to stop settling.Taylor shares her story of marrying her college sweetheart, becoming a young mum, and quietly feeling deeply unhappy — while believing that was just “how marriage is.” Society tells us marriage is hard. It jokes that you’re supposed to hate your spouse. It normalises tension, stress and sacrifice. And for years, Taylor thought the misery she felt was simply part of the deal.Until 2021, when everything shifted. After being pushed toward divorce due to her ex-husband’s substance abuse, Taylor found what she describes as the “acceptable reason” to leave. But what she realised later was confronting — she had been looking for permission. Permission from society. Permission from others. Permission not to be the villain. This episode unpacks:Why so many women feel they need a “valid excuse” to leaveThe guilt of “breaking up a family” and how that narrative keeps people stuckThe difference between hard seasons and toxic patternsWhy children witnessing unhappiness can be more damaging than two homesThe impact chronic stress has on your nervous system and long-term healthRebuilding self-trust after gaslighting, anxiety and emotional manipulationHow to know if you should stay or goWhy “an apology without change is just manipulation”Taylor explains that divorce coaching isn’t about encouraging separation — it’s about clarity. She works with women at every stage: deciding whether to stay, navigating high-conflict divorces, redefining identity after being a stay-at-home mum, and even rebuilding confidence to date again. One of the most powerful themes in this conversation is learning to trust yourself again. After years of being told you’re too sensitive, too much, overthinking, dramatic — how do you reconnect with your own intuition? How do you stop shrinking to be more acceptableTaylor shares practical steps like “dating yourself,” rediscovering your interests, journaling, practicing gratitude, and getting radically clear on what you bring to the table in relationships. Because boundaries aren’t about controlling others — they’re about knowing your baseline of peace and refusing to compromise it.This isn’t a conversation about divorce being easy. It’s not. In fact, Taylor is passionate about correcting that narrative — easy doesn’t equal good. Sometimes staying is easier. But is it aligned? If your situation stayed exactly as it is today for the next 10, 20, 50 years… would you be okay with that? This episode is for anyone who has felt stuck, anxious, guilty, or unsure of themselves inside a relationship. It’s for the women questioning whether they’re asking for too much. It’s for anyone ready to stop watering themselves down to be more digestible. You get one life. You’re allowed to choose peace.Connect with Jasmine📍 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jasminelisciottoofficial📍 Podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifebizandallthatjazz📍 TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lifebizandallthatjazz📍 YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@JasmineLisciottoConnect with Taylor📍 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/reviveandrisecoaching📍 Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2023805488147519/📍 Website: https://www.reviveandrisecoaching.com/
Welcome to Life, Biz and All That Jazz — the podcast where real talk meets transformation. This one is Episode 50, and it’s for the multi-passionate creatives, the grief holders, the people who know they’re meant for more… but don’t know where to begin. If you’ve been moving through the fog, carrying too much, and wondering when it finally starts to make sense, you’re going to feel seen here.In today’s episode, Jasmine is joined by Amanda Graham, screenwriter, speaker, author, and storytelling powerhouse — for a raw and powerful conversation about healing, grief, creativity, ADHD, and rebuilding your life after chaos. Amanda doesn’t sugarcoat it: healing isn’t aesthetic. It’s not “yoga by a waterfall.” It’s messy, confronting, and sometimes ugly, but it’s also where the turning point begins.Amanda shares what life was like before things started to shift: growing up in religious fundamentalism, living through control and chaos, and navigating adulthood feeling like everyone else had life figured out… while she was still trying to survive. She takes us into the moment that changed everything — a day after praying for something, anything, to keep going — when she heard a message that would become her anchor:You can only connect the dots looking backwards. At first, she hated it. (Fair.) But as life continued throwing curveballs — breakups, financial stress, career uncertainty, and grief — she began to see what that message actually meant: the painful moments weren’t random. They were dots. And over time, those dots started to create a map. This episode also dives into what it’s like to be the “adult in the room” while your inner child is panicking — how uncertainty can trigger old survival patterns, why shame keeps us stuck, and how self-awareness becomes the tool that stops the spiral. Jasmine shares her own reflections on sobriety, grief, nervous system healing, and how learning to sit with emotion (instead of escaping it) changed everything. One of the biggest gems in this conversation is Amanda’s take on reverse engineering — not just reverse engineering goals, but reverse engineering your failures. Instead of staying stuck in “why am I like this?”, she shows how to ask:What did this breakdown reveal? What problem keeps showing up?What skill did I gain from surviving this? How can I turn the thing I struggled with into the thing that becomes my work? That shift took her from chaos to clarity, and helped her build opportunities, create momentum, and turn lived experience into something meaningful.Amanda also opens up about writing her book: “Good Stuff to Read When You’re About to Lose Your Sh*t” — a practical, real-life support guide for the moments when you don’t have the energy for long chapters or perfect routines… you just need something true enough to get you through the next hour. This isn’t an episode about having it all figured out. It’s about remembering that you’re not behind, you’re not broken, and you’re not alone. You’re becoming — one messy, brave step at a time.If you’re in the fog right now, let this episode be your reminder: the dots are there. And one day, you’ll see the picture.Connect with Jasmine📍 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jasminelisciottoofficial📍 Podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifebizandallthatjazz📍 TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lifebizandallthatjazz📍 YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@JasmineLisciottoConnect with Amanda:📍 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/minefieldness/📍 Website: https://www.itsamandagraham.com/📚 Book - Good Stuff to Read When You're About to Lose Your Shit https://www.itsamandagraham.com/shop/p/buy-good-stuff
Today’s episode is especially for the busy mums who are doing the absolute most — raising kids, keeping a household running, and trying to hold onto their identity, energy, and sanity at the same time.In this conversation, Jasmine sits down with Alyssa Wolff from Your Unbusy Life — a woman who went from stay-at-home mum to online entrepreneur in 2020, and now supports overwhelmed work-from-home mums who feel like they’re constantly “on.” Alyssa is all about ditching burnout, building simple systems, and doing it in a way that actually supports your nervous system, not just your to-do list.Alyssa shares her personal turning point — raising five kids and realising something most mums never get to experience: she wasn’t living in constant frazzle. It wasn’t because she had more discipline or more motivation… it was because she had a different way of designing her days. And that’s what she teaches now: how to “unbusy” your life, not by doing more, but by removing what was never truly required. We talk about what so many high-achieving mums silently carry: the mental load, the pressure to be everything to everyone, and the invisible expectations that make you feel guilty for resting — even when you’re exhausted. Alyssa explains why her method doesn’t start with “add self-care to your schedule” (because that just becomes another chore). Instead, it starts with reclaiming space by delegating, simplifying, and deleting the things that drain you most — so you can finally breathe again. One of the biggest takeaways from this episode is Alyssa’s approach to getting your time back: she teaches mums how to create around three hours a day of real ‘me time’ (that’s about 20 hours a week) by working through three key areas: scheduling, mindset, and delegation. Not in a rigid, perfectionistic way — but in a way that’s flexible enough for real mum life, including sick kids, unexpected curveballs, and days where nothing goes to plan.We also unpack what holds mums back from making changes even when they know they need to: the boundary guilt, the “I should be able to do it all” story, and the discomfort that can come with asking for help — whether that help comes from your partner, outsourcing, or even teaching your kids age-appropriate life skills. Alyssa reframes delegation in a way that feels empowering, not shamey — because you’re not failing at motherhood by sharing the load. You’re modelling what a regulated, supported adult looks like. And if you’ve ever felt like you don’t have time to fix your life because you’re too busy keeping everything together, Alyssa explains how she works differently: she uses a done-for-you process designed specifically for mums who don’t need another course, another list, or another thing to “stay on top of.” She helps you create routines that work in real life — including what to do when your schedule gets smashed by a sick kid, a missed bus, or a day that just goes sideways. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is calm. This episode is for you if you’ve been feeling frazzled, resentful, overstimulated, burnt out, or like you’re living in constant catch-up. You’ll walk away with practical shifts you can make immediately, and a mindset reset that reminds you: you’re allowed to make life easier. You’re allowed to stop carrying everything. And you’re allowed to create a routine that supports you, too.Connect with Alyssa (Your Unbusy Life)Website: https://yourunbusylife.comPodcast: The Unbusy MomLinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alyssa-wolff-unbusyConnect with JasmineInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jasminelisciottoofficialPodcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifebizandallthatjazzTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lifebizandallthatjazzYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@JasmineLisciottoIf this episode helped you, please hit follow/subscribe and share it with a mum who needs to hear it. What if the voice in your head that says “you’re not enough”… wasn’t the truth — just an old story you’ve been repeating? In this episode of Life, Biz and All That Jazz, Jasmine sits down with relationship mentor Lena Ehrenberg for a powerful conversation about self-worth, healing, and how the relationship you have with yourself shapes every relationship you build — especially romantic ones.Lena shares what life looked like before her own shift, when everything felt “ordinary,” predictable, and limited by what she believed was possible. Together, Jasmine and Lena unpack the moment many women reach where they realise: I get to change. I get to choose my thoughts. I get to rewrite my future. This episode is for the woman who’s done the healing work (or is just starting), who’s learning how to stop abandoning herself, and who wants love — not from a place of lack, but from a place of strength. You’ll hear why self-love isn’t just about feeling better, it’s about learning to receive love without suspicion, self-doubt, or second-guessing.They also dive into modern dating, how technology has changed everything, why “chemistry” can be misleading, and why Lena believes character matters more than sparks when you’re building something long-term. If you’ve ever wondered why dating feels exhausting, why you keep meeting “nice” people who still aren’t right for you, or how to open your life to partnership without losing yourself… this conversation will meet you exactly where you are.By the end, you’ll walk away with grounded reminders, mindset shifts, and gentle but powerful truth:Your past does not dictate your future — and you don’t have to bring it with you.How to stop being ruled by old stories and start choosing new beliefsWhy self-love is the foundation for healthier romantic relationshipsThe difference between chemistry, attraction, and characterHow to stop carrying past relationship fear into new connectionsWhy calm, contentment, and “satisfied” are underrated relationship green flagsDating (and meeting people) beyond apps — and why good partners are everywhereHow single parents can start opening space for love again, one hour at a timeA Maya Angelou quote you’ll never hear the same way againConnect with LenaWebsite: https://www.lenaehrenberg.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/havemoreloveConnect with JasmineInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jasminelisciottoofficialPodcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifebizandallthatjazzTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lifebizandallthatjazzYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@JasmineLisciotto
Welcome back to Life, Biz & All That Jazz — the podcast where real conversations meet creativity, healing, identity, and becoming more of who you truly are.In this episode, Jasmine sits down with Jen Sulak — also known as Pink Hair Jen — a photographer, speaker, creative, and unapologetically multi-passionate human who is redefining what it looks like to live, work, and express yourself fully.Jen shares her journey from being a shy, nomadic child who struggled to feel grounded or seen, to becoming a bold creative who leads with colour, curiosity, and connection. Together, Jasmine and Jen explore how creativity can become a lifeline, how identity evolves in seasons, and why so many of us spend years silencing parts of ourselves just to fit in — until something shifts. This conversation dives into what it really means to embrace who you are, even when it doesn’t fit a neat box. We talk about growing up feeling out of place, the impact of creativity on confidence, navigating community when you’ve lived a nomadic life, and how many of us already belong — we just don’t recognise it yet.Jen opens up about the evolution of her creative work, including the birth of Weirdo Weddings, her speaking journey as Pink Hair Jen, and her belief that there is no “right” way to live, build a business, or express yourself. We explore the idea of being multi-passionate, releasing the shame around changing paths, and why starting something — even if you don’t finish it — is still part of the process, not a failure. You’ll also hear honest reflections around business, creativity, ADHD-style brains, the pressure to “pick one thing,” and the freedom that comes from letting yourself evolve. This episode is a reminder that you don’t need to have everything figured out to move forward — you just need to take the next step.If you’ve ever felt stuck, creatively restless, quietly longing to live more authentically, or unsure where you belong, this conversation will feel like a deep exhale.✨ If this episode resonated with you, make sure to subscribe, share it with someone who needs it, and leave a review — it helps these conversations reach the people who are looking for them.Connect with Jasmine:📍 Instagram: @jasminelisciottoofficial📍 Podcast Instagram: @lifebizandallthatjazz📍 TikTok: @lifebizandallthatjazz📍 YouTube: Jasmine LisciottoConnect with Jen:🌐 pinklightimages.com🌐 pinkhairjen.com🌐 weirdoweddings.com📍 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/weirdoweddings🎙️ Jen's podcast - Tattoos and Toddlers Spotify
Trigger Warning:Before we begin, a gentle listener note. This episode includes open conversations around sobriety, alcoholism, and addiction, which may feel triggering for some. Please take care while listening, go at your own pace, and know it’s okay to pause or skip parts if you need to. Support resources are included at the end of the show notes. In this deeply honest conversation, Jasmine sits down with Jacki Fleniken, a sobriety coach who knows firsthand what it feels like to be stuck in a cycle you don’t know how to escape.Jacki takes us back to a time when alcohol wasn’t just a social habit — it was a coping mechanism, a daily crutch, and something she felt quietly ashamed of. At her lowest point, she was drinking up to 12 beers a day, battling anxiety and depression, and wondering how her life had ended up here. What finally stopped her wasn’t rock bottom in the way we often imagine — it was a moment of clarity and an honest question she couldn’t ignore anymore: Is this the legacy I want to leave behind?Together, Jasmine and Jacki unpack what recovery actually looks like when you remove shame, labels, and pressure. This isn’t a conversation about “quitting” or white-knuckling your way through sobriety. It’s about understanding why alcohol feels so powerful, how the brain learns to rely on it, and how freedom comes from awareness rather than willpower. They talk openly about dopamine, subconscious conditioning, and why so many people feel broken when really they’ve just been using the only tools they had at the time. Jacki shares how a science-based, compassion-led approach helped her rewire her relationship with alcohol — without rehab, without AA, and without ever having to label herself in a way that didn’t feel true. You’ll hear about the unexpected grief that can surface once alcohol is removed, the emotional release that comes from finally feeling instead of numbing, and the small, almost unnoticeable “millimetre shifts” that slowly add up to a completely different life. There’s laughter, vulnerability, and moments that land quietly but deeply — especially around identity, self-trust, and learning to be proud of yourself again. This episode is for you if you’ve ever wondered whether alcohol is holding you back, even if it doesn’t look like a “problem” from the outside. It’s for the person who’s tired of negotiating with themselves, tired of feeling ashamed, and tired of believing change has to be painful to be real.Jacki’s story is a reminder that you’re not broken — you’re responding to your life the best way you know how. Trigger Warning:This episode contains discussion of emotionally abusive relationships, narcissistic abuse, manipulation, trauma, and recovery. Please listen at your own pace and take breaks if needed. In this powerful and deeply compassionate conversation, Jasmine Lisciotto is joined by Kyle Miller to explore what it really means to heal after narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships — not from a place of blame or labels, but from awareness, self-trust, and radical self-compassion.Kyle shares his personal journey through long-term emotional abuse and the years of personal development, therapy, and coaching that followed. Together, they unpack how abuse often hides beneath familiar patterns, why so many people don’t realise what they’re experiencing until after they begin healing, and how awareness can feel overwhelming before it becomes liberating. This episode gently challenges the idea that healing is about “fixing yourself.” Instead, Kyle introduces the concept of allowing — allowing emotions, truth, grief, anger, and clarity to surface without forcing growth or rushing recovery. You’ll hear why trying to push yourself through healing can actually keep you stuck, and how learning to listen to your inner world can help you rebuild trust — both in yourself and in others.Jasmine and Kyle also explore the complexity around narcissism as a term: why it’s often overused, how trauma, attachment styles, and emotional immaturity can mimic narcissistic traits, and why the most important question isn’t what someone is — but whether the relationship is safe, accountable, and capable of change. They discuss:Why emotionally abusive relationships can feel confusing and isolatingHow loss of self happens slowly — and how to find your way backThe difference between healing and growth, and when the shift happensWhy empathy, accountability, and self-reflection matter more than labelsHow to approach difficult conversations without blame or escalationWhy forgiveness starts with yourself — not the other personThis episode is for anyone who has questioned their reality in a relationship, felt emotionally unseen or unsafe, struggled to trust again, or wondered why “doing the work” sometimes feels harder before it feels better. You are not weak for staying. You are not broken for needing time. And you are not behind for choosing yourself now.Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new — it means coming home to who you were before survival became your personality.Connect with Jasmine:📍 Instagram: @jasminelisciottoofficial📍 Podcast Instagram: @lifebizandallthatjazz📍 TikTok: @lifebizandallthatjazz📍 YouTube: Jasmine LisciottoConnect with Kyle:📍 Instagram: @kylemillercoaching📍 TikTok: @kylemillercoachingIf this conversation brings anything up for you, help is available:💛 Support & Resources (Abusive Relationships)Australia: 1800RESPECT — 1800 737 732 | Lifeline 13 11 14USA: National DV Hotline — 1-800-799-7233 | 988 Crisis LineUK: National Domestic Abuse Helpline — 0808 2000 247Canada: Talk Suicide — 1-833-456-4566Worldwide: https://findahelpline.comIf you’re in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services.Until next time, remember — it’s progress, not perfection 🤍

In this deeply reflective episode of Life, Biz & All That Jazz, Jasmine Lisciotto sits down with John Templeton for an honest conversation about identity, emotions, and what happens when success no longer feels fulfilling.John’s life has been marked by extraordinary achievement — elite sport, military service, business success, and even a Guinness World Record, yet behind the accolades was a growing sense of emptiness that eventually led him into what many describe as the Dark Night of the Soul. This episode explores that unraveling: the moment where external validation stops working and the inner work becomes unavoidable.Together, Jasmine and John dive into the emotional patterns that quietly shape our lives. John introduces his trademarked Map of Emotion, a powerful framework that explains how thoughts, emotions, actions, and outcomes are deeply connected, and how becoming aware of these patterns is the first step toward real change. They explore why high achievers often struggle with fulfillment, how unconscious beliefs drive our relationships and decisions, and why healing isn’t about fixing yourself, but understanding yourself.John also shares candidly about depression, identity loss, emotional suppression, and the long, uncomfortable process of sitting with emotions instead of outrunning them. This conversation is philosophical, grounded, and deeply human, a reminder that awareness creates freedom, and that authenticity begins when we stop living on autopilot. If you’ve ever questioned who you are without your achievements, felt disconnected despite outward success, or sensed that there must be more to life than repeating old patterns, this episode will resonate deeply.Until next time, remember — it’s progress, not perfection. 💛📘 John Templeton’s Upcoming BookAuthenticity – The Art & Science of Being Your True Self is set for release in February 2026.Join the waitlist here 👉 https://www.johntempleton.io/booksConnect with John Templeton🌐 Website: https://www.johntempleton.io/📘 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/johntempletonofficial/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/johntempletonofficial/🎥 YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZ1HsBhyuEFwnXZNiNN15Hw💼 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/johntempletonofficial/📧 Contact: team@johntempleton.io⚠️ Trigger Warning & SupportThis episode includes discussions around depression, suicidal thoughts, emotional trauma, and existential distress. In this episode of Life Biz & All That Jazz, Jasmine Lisciotto is joined by Susan Day, founder of Mindful Arts Therapy, to explore how creativity can become a powerful pathway to healing, emotional resilience, and self-expression.Susan’s journey into art therapy began long before it had a name. A lifelong artist, writer, and English teacher, she discovered art therapy later in life and instantly recognised it as the bridge between creativity, mindfulness, and emotional healing. What followed was a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with themselves—without needing words, diagnoses, or perfection. This conversation gently unpacks what art therapy really is (and what it isn’t). Susan explains how simple tools—paper, colour, movement, breath—can help bypass the pressure to “talk it out,” especially for trauma survivors, neurodivergent individuals, teens, and those who struggle to articulate their inner world. Together, Jasmine and Susan discuss why creativity is often lost in adulthood, how mindfulness prepares the nervous system for deeper work, and why messy, imperfect expression is often where the real breakthroughs happen. They also explore grief, emotional regulation, neurodivergence, and the deep healing relationships we have with animals. Susan shares how meditation, ritual, and creative practice can regulate the brain, support mental health, and help people reconnect with their sense of worth—without needing to produce or perform. This episode is an invitation to slow down, take back the crayons, and remember that healing doesn’t need to be polished or pretty. In today’s episode of Life Biz & All That Jazz, host Jasmine Lisciotto sits down with Janelle Martin, a mother whose life was forever changed by her daughter’s battle with addiction and the long road toward healing that followed.Janelle shares her raw, honest, and deeply human story of navigating the pain, fear, and uncertainty that come with loving someone through addiction. She opens up about the impact of parental alienation, the emotional toll it took on her family, and the heartbreaking moments that forced her to confront her own beliefs, boundaries, and resilience.Through this emotional and deeply grounding conversation, Jasmine and Janelle explore what it really means to support a child fighting addiction; how isolating it can feel, how overwhelming the guilt becomes, and why no parent should ever be expected to carry that weight alone. Janelle speaks candidly about the importance of seeking support, finding treatment options tailored to the individual, and slowly rebuilding trust and connection one moment at a time.Janelle and her daughter eventually turned their story into a powerful book, documenting both the painful truths and the profound healing they experienced along the way.
