Each year on Halloween, Palsville is threatened with the magic tomfoolery of The Boys, so naturally Mayor Ashley has decided to close the towns borders to keep everyone safe. However, as she and Dougie prepare to go to a Halloween party, they are faced with that mischief, uncovering the TRUE lore of The Boys (played by Josh Chodsiezner, Matt Jenner & Simon McCulloch).
