On Season 1 Episode 4 of Little Warriors, host Rebecca Horan talks to registered Dietician and Physiologist, Orla Walsh. Orla initially graduated as a Physiologist from Trinity College Dublin. She then became a Clinical Nutritionist by completing an MSc in Clinical Nutrition from Roehampton University. In order to work with medical conditions and within a hospital setting, Orla needed to become a Registered Dietitian so she studied for a PgDip in Dietetics at Kings College London. As sports performance is a personal interest to her, this lead to a professional interest in becoming a Performance/ Sports Nutritionist. Therefore, Orla continued her studies and gained a PgDip in Sports & Exercise Nutrition at Ulster University. Orla has worked in hospitals in the UK and Ireland.
