I tried everything to find lasting happiness & to heal from everything I've been through -- treatment, therapy, medication, self-help books, and they helped. But they didn't heal the inner broken parts of me. Today, I talk about what actually has. When I surrendered my life to Jesus, everything changed. I stopped being lukewarm, and I gave my life to someone who wanted it. My biggest fear used to be gaining weight. And I had no idea how to conquer it. But through being honest about my fears, the core beliefs associated with them, and exposing myself to the things I was scared of every day, I’ve finally gotten to the point where this fear doesn’t control my life. Avoidance will NOT solve your problems.
