There will always be more work - we cannot possibly fix it all. When we choose to pause, we see our impact from a different point of view and realize prioritizing ourselves allows us to continue to show up.Call to Action:1) Make pausing part of your daily routine2) Pause and reflect through creativity3) Pause in frustration - don't react but reply with intention4) Pause and share when you're both at your highs and at your lows; identify your people and realize you are not a burden in sharing the tough stuff - you may be reminded of how you inspire others and that you've already conquered so much.
Every journey is different - some choose a paved journey on the straight and narrow and put themselves on cruise control. Others choose to create their own path, full of hills and valley's.
