Sometimes, you believe in something so completely… A dream, a vision, a possibility so real you can feel it blooming inside you. And for a moment… it starts to happen.You taste it. You see signs. You let yourself hope.But then something shifts. An email doesn’t come. Someone says no. Something small goes wrong, or just… goes quiet.And just like that, the fear comes flooding in. Not just fear, but all the old voices, the ones that sound like reason.Like:“Of course it was too good to be true.”“You should’ve known better.”“It’s probably for the best anyway.”They sound smart. They sound protective. But what they really are is abandonment.Not by life. By you toward yourself.That moment when your dream feels uncertain, that is not proof it’s not working. It’s not the end. It’s the middle.The pain you feel when you start to pull away from what you love? That ache isn’t from the external moment.It’s from the self-betrayal of deciding it’s safer not to believe.But what if you didn’t do that this time? What if you stayed? Maybe somewhere surprising.Wherever your attention goes first, go there.Press your palm gently.Not to fix.Just to meet.Ask silently:What part of me have I been avoiding because I thought it was wrong?Wait. Listen.3. Let a Sound ComeA breath. A sigh. A word. A hum.Let it rise from that place of tenderness. No judgment.This is not performance, it’s conversation.If you feel brave, record it.Not to share.
